Jockstrap- how to put it on

Do guys still wear jock straps? Is getting your first jockstrap a big deal like getting your first bra? Does some guy go in the booth and check the fit? If you don't wear a jockstrap do you get saggy balls? Furthermore, does society judge you if you develop saggy balls?

The jock strap isn't the problem, it's the cup that's uncomfortable. I never wore either. Just a pair of compression shorts and a good sense of ball placement.
