I reached the half way point in my therapy exercise thingy, lost a couple pounds, and am now taking threatening phone calls from all the bill collectors. Funny how they go out of their way to save your life, then threaten you with ruin when ya can't (won't) pay the stupid bill....a real riot. When the last lady called I told her I was having chest pains and she said she'd call back later....what a fool :D

No, it's good...that's what I'm supposed to do...get it up and keep it up for at least an hour, three times a week.

....could use some help though :D

Plus I've not yet reached my full potential in the stamina department. It'd be rough trying to do it with a nurse standing by with a crash cart :D

I'm up to 3 mph on a 4.0 incline for 40 minutes without passin out:D
