Thank you all so much for your concerns and well wishes and prayers....it feels so good

I just got back from a visit with one of the docs. He says I can go back to work on August 3rd. I'm not bleedin anymore but "Joeyland" is a very pretty shade of black 'n blue (almost looks like a tattoo guy went nuts down there). I have to take lots of drugs for at least a year cuz on average 8% of all men that have a heart attack will have a stroke within 6 years (can't have that) and, here's the cool part...I have to do cardiac rehab at the hospital health club and the INSURANCE COMPANY WILL PAY FOR IT!

Now I can get in great shape so that I can fly around and "personally" thank you all

I'm so happy to see you upbeat Joey....You just make sure you take care of yourself and follow the dr. orders. No strokes for you.

My Mom is going through the Cardic ReHab right now, and she is feeling better and looking better then she has in years! she had gotten very overweight and not able to get around well without all of the aches and pains and tired out feelings.. NOW after only a few weeks of it she is feeling wonderful and excited again about whats next.. so if this is any inclination of things to come, you will be running circles around life itself!

Uh oh, just when the swelling was goin down...now its goin up again

Here's an update in the saga of sickie Joey:

Doc says no work till 8/4
I have to start cardiac therapy on Monday
Had the cartoid arteries in my neck done with the doppler today...right side is hummin but the left might be a problem...I'll know fer sure next week
Joeyland is a shade lighter of black 'n blue
My exercise program will last at least 3 mos. so I should be quite "buff" by then he he
My pop came home from the hospital yesterday. He had an infection which is all gone but his hallucinations from Parkinsons have increased
My mom went back into the hospital today. She recently had her colon out and now has a low blood count and possible kidney stuff
My brother just ended a relationship (mild, compared to everything else)

I've been walkin a mile every mornin since I got home and its neat cuz its not taking my breath away like it used to...this is good....I can't wait until I can test my stamina....ohhh the possibilities

Thank you all so much for your prayers. I read somewhere that there is scientific proof that prayers actually work...trust me, they do
