Judge blocks Trump's blatantly unconstitutional birthright citizenship order

The subject matter is whether illegal migrants whose legal jurisdiction ( allegiance ) is of another country. Occupying space in our country does not equate to citizenship or legal status, nor does it equate to legal jurisdiction.

If they come from Venezuela and enter our country illegally their country of origin is Venezuela, their legal jurisdiction is not the U.S it's Venezuela. The argument is if the parents, who are here illegally, have a baby and their legal jurisdiction or citizenship is another country that "jurisdiction there of" doesn't change till they attain some kind of legal status in our country. If every illegal migrant was considered in our legal jurisdiction it would seem under that analogy that we would not have the legal authority to deport them. Filing for asylum is not the same as granted asylum a legal process that grants legitimacy to migrants, opens many doors.

The only thing Barr stated was there was a legitimate case to be had for challenging birthright citizenship.
When you are inside of a country, you are subject to the country's jurisdiction, with one exception.
I will try to explain.

  • You are an American citizen, you rob a bank, get caught and convicted. You go to prison. You are subject to the jurisdiction of state and federal bank robbery laws.
  • You are a citizen of another country, you are here legally on a visa, you rob a bank, get caught and convicted. You go to prison. You are subject to the jurisdiction of state and federal bank robbery laws. Your country of legal domecile's laws on bank robbery do not apply within the United States.
  • You are a citizen of another country, you are here illegally because you snuck in, you rob a bank, get caught and convicted. You go to prison. You are subject to the jurisdiction of state and federal bank robbery laws. Your country of legal domecile's laws on bank robbery do not apply within the United States.
  • You are a citizen of another country, you are here legally on a DIPLOMATIC visa, you rob a bank, get caught and claim "diplomatic immunity". You are NOT subject to the jurisdiction of state and federal bank robbery laws. Your country of legal domecile's laws on bank robbery do not apply within the United States. You will likely be declared "persona non grata" by the US government and sent packing on the next flight home.

This is not rocket surgery.

You lost ineedhelp1 at “When”…

😑

Stop pricing housing and education out of the market for everyone but the rich, and you'd probably see a lot more couples choosing to have babies.
We are putting a stop to it. Getting rid of Biden and putting a savvy businessman in charge will put things right.

You are correct in that people in our country legal or illegal are subject to territorial laws. If while in our country they break our laws they are subject to the punishment equal to the crime committed. That happens in all countries. The clause “ jurisdiction thereof “ as stated in the 14th amendment as demonstrated by past separate court rulings to mean political allegiances that individual has to their country of origin. A tourist, a person here illegally, a person on a visa all have a primary political allegiance to their country of origin not to the United Stares. They are a citizen of their country of origin and a visitor to ours. While here they are obligated to follow and obey our laws.

Good arguments;

Birthright Citizenship: A Fundamental Misunderstanding of the 14th Amendment

KEY TAKEAWAYS

Critics claim that anyone born in the United States is automatically a U.S. citizen, even if their parents are here illegally.

Its original meaning refers to the political allegiance of an individual and the jurisdiction that a foreign government has over that individual.

Birthright citizenship has been implemented by executive fiat, not because it is required by federal law or the Constitution.

Well, you're kind of a dumb guy.
Really? Mr. 2/10th, calling others dumb?

The whole problem is your own ignorance:

Multiply both numerator and denominator by 10 for every number after the decimal point
0.2 × 10= 2
1 x 10= 10 Thus 2/10 further reduced which I elected not to do is 1/5. The article referred to "0.2" which can be properly referred to as two 2/10ths. Your compounded bullshit notwithstanding. Your mom's calling...
Above we have wrongway arguing against mathematical methods, that even a third grader knows....

Leave Trump alone, will you? I backed him on the Obama birthing thing years ago, and I still stand by what I said. It was obvious Obama had no right to be Prez in the first place. But if Donald was right on principle, he was wrong about the man's links to Kenya. What is the matter with everyone? It's patently obvious that Barack Obama is Irish, not Kenyan. O'Hara, O'Gara, O'Mara, O'Bama, same difference. None so blind as those who will not see.

Ill hold you to this claim, which is just a drop of water in the full glass of all the "problems" you think Trump will sort out...*chuckles*

Yeah, no, ya lost me in whichever way you were hoping to go with this.

Hahaha!
Tell us all about the history professor Idaho jones!

View attachment 2475579
What did she have on her eyelids? "Love" and "You", wasn't it? No wonder the Professor did a double take. I thought about that scene quite a bit. I had the enormous pleasure of shagging two of my uni students on the sly, I'm sleazily proud to say, so maybe that's why, but neither of them was that inventive, and in my case I didn't need any persuasion or hints anyway.

But who says one morning before a lecture, looking at herself in the mirror: "Fuck, yes, I know what to do! I'll stand in front of this mirror writing "Love" and "You" on my eyelids with lipstick or mascara or something. That'll make Jones sit up and take notice! I'll have to write it all backwards, or get a pal to do it, but it'll all be worth it". Except it wasn't, because little did she know that Jones wanted a piece of ark more than he wanted a piece of ass.

Seattle Judge doesn't know his history.

Thx for noticing! 🥰
I will admit that it was one of my better posts yesterday!
I’m tagging this member that I intended this post to target because it allows me the opportunity to embarrass them again. This meme works perfectly because:

A. We want to learn from RG
B. He is a cut and paste artist who doesn’t know shit.
C. He lives in Idaho and the similarity in state and alliteration is chef’s kiss.
D. He won’t/can’t answer now or ever or else be proven the fuckin idiot he is.

Wow. I must admit I haven't looked at "Politics" much on Literotica, but has it always been like this? Half of America seems to really hate the other half. No, I've got that wrong - almost exactly one half USED to hate the other half, considering the 2020 election results, but now fewer people hate more people. Is that good or bad?

Considering only 69% of eligible voters, actually cast a ballot, you're making claims that you can't currently back up with fact.

All of our collective heads need to be examined for talking politics on a sex site, yet, here we are, and I’ve nothing better to do…
