Having been on the receiving end of a stupid cold for the last 10 days which now appears to be moving into my chest......I'd say wrap up warm and look after yourself!!

Working on it.

Have to work today. Hopefully it is a better day than yesterday. then shopping tonight for groceries, maybe the gym with a friend.
