Just Outside My Window

How do we know those aren't sunrise pics-which would make more sense to me anyway. :D Hey, where's the window contest.
Those pics were taken at a mutli-day bike rally and we were staying at a bar that had a small six unit hotel off to the side. Do you really think I would be up to get sunrise pics. And sunrise pics would not show anything but the horizon in the background, because the only thing to the east is the ocean.

Thanks Joe...Finally found it  You will never guess where it was...The clothes dryer! Yep...sure was....That is why I could not hear it...Have no idea how it got there

National Zoo

Went to the National Zoo in Washington DC and took a nice pic of a butterfly and a hummingbird actually resting. And a Siberian Tiger.

Thanks. When I was in high school, I did and excutive internship at the National Zoo. It was blast, got out of school for a semester and got to play with animals all day. I took hundreds of behind the scene slides, but lost them all when my parents house burned to the ground while I was away at college. I shed alot of tears that day for lost memories, but I think losing all those slides hurt more than anything else, and 1000+ music albums I had.(I know, I'm dating myself.)
