Sammy is the toy poodle and Mikki is the schnauzer mix

They're cute :) That was extremely sweet of you to take your mother's pup. I've known people that would have had no problems putting their parent's pup down

Thank you...I cried and cried...still do, but I felt I had to do something :)

It was like 6 months before I cried about my dad dying. Thought I was ok until I started to come out of the shock. Wow, was I out of it.:(

Thanks Lee..You have any pics to share here?

Maybe-my last dog-he wasn't around long though. You know, that tree planting-I did one of those for my grandmother and mom. I guess I should have done one for my dad April, '03 but I thought I was moving-which I guess I am next summer-so I'll have to start over for all of them. Anyway, here's two of Lakota(Kota) taken back in September I guess-he's around-somewhere-a bit of a wanderer I guess. Quite a replacement for the dog I had before for about 12 years-finally decided to get another dog after about two months and he was always gone-the last time he left was about 6 weeks ago-he really loved me freeing him from the pound:rolleyes: Beautiful dog though.

And what sort of impish things would the Elfin do? Tie shoe laces together? Empty a person's pockets? :p
