Justice Dept grants immunity to staffer who set up Clinton email server...

Perjury is a conservative crime. Bubba's disbarment and contempt procedures were the result of minor technicalities.

SO MUCH FOR THE NARRATIVE: More women voted Republican than Democratic on Super Tuesday.

Democrats are having a turnout problem in their 2016 primaries. Fewer voters came out to participate in Tuesday’s Democratic primaries than they did in 2008, when Barack Obama was running against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (who is running again now). Conversely, turnout in many states was vastly higher for Republicans than it was in 2008, demonstrating an enthusiasm gap between the parties.

And despite the fact that a larger share of Democratic primary voters are women, more women voted in Republican primaries in many of the Super Tuesday states.

Virginia demonstrated this phenomenon the best, as Republican turnout was up 109 percent compared to 2008, while Democratic turnout was down 14 percent from 2008. This resulted in nearly 482,000 women voting in the Republican primary versus about 444,000 women voting in the Democratic primary.

The same occurred in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas. In total, more than 4 million women voted in the Republican primaries on Tuesday, compared to just over 3.2 million voting in the Democratic primaries.

I’m surprised how many — loudly — pro-Trump women I see on Facebook.

That's a damn lie from one of your RW racist nutjob websites!! :D

tee hee

Every thing she does is pro bono.

;)

Like Huma's Weiner! Unless, of course, the Enquirer is about to break out the old donuts V long johns debate...

With the exception of John Kerry every other Secretary of State (that used email) has used primarily private e-mail accounts.

Actually I DO know that there was security installed on the server. Anyone with an IT background can secure and encrypt an email server. I went to college for Computer Engineering Technology (Networking). I could set up a home email server with encryption that would stymie any hacker with a supercomputer (or a botnet) and several years on his hands to spend trying to break the encryption and I've been out of the IT field for several years.

Security logs of the server showed hacking ATTEMPTS, none of which were successful. Which shows that there was some sort of security on the server, apparently sturdy enough to withstand several attempts at hacking it.

You don't care if something is illegal or not, but the GOP is trying to push that there WAS something illegal about what was done. So far they have been unsuccessful (and will continue to be I'm sure).
And again - I do not give a rat's fucking ass if it was legal or not. It's a matter of judgment.

I also have a college education in computer science, and you know just as well as I do that there is NO SUCH FUCKING THING as unbreakable security. So, at least try to do the best you can, and use a server set up by the people with the best resources - the government.

But in reality, it's not the email fiasco that bugs the shit out of me about her. Someone recently called her the DNC's Milli Vanilli. Am I the only fucking person in this country who's seen how she's begun to parrot every single issue that Sanders has been talking about for 30 years? And in the process, directly contradicts her previous statements?

She's a lying piece of shit, and THAT is why I don't want her in the White House.

for instance, I could encrypt all email data using AES-256 encryption.

Breaking a symmetric 256-bit key by brute force requires 2^128 times more computational power than a 128-bit key. 50 supercomputers that could check a billion billion (10^18) AES keys per second (if such a device could ever be made) would, in theory, require about 3×10^51 years to exhaust the 256-bit key space.

In theory it's not crackable, you either have the decryption key or you have nothing. So you could hack the server all you wanted, for all of the good it would do you.

The key phrase in this post...

Either Hillary or Obama could eat a live baby on TV and VD would defend them to his grave.

Immunity from what?

;)

Nothing in the emails, no crime, just "politics..."

AND factor in a lot of wishful thinking because as a candidate, we all know Hillary is unbeatable.

Oh, for FUCK's sake - are you fucking stupid, drunk, or high?

I already laid out how long it would take a supercomputer that could try a billion billion combinations per second ( no such computer exists) to break one level of AES-256 encryption. For all intents and purposes is unbreakable, even the NSA has said that it is sufficient for transmission and storage of TS information.

But the fact remains that none of the information was classified at the time it was sent, only retroactively, and there were no laws against using private email by the Secretary of state and their staff. Otherwise Condi Rice and Colin Powell would be in hot water for EXACTLY the same thing as Clinton.

I get it, you hate Hilary with a fiery passion, I have little use for her either. There are plenty of reasons to dislike her as a candidate without resorting to fabricating reasons. Benghazi and its morph into "OMG emails" had been nothing but a four year long political fishing expedition. In this version, Trey Gowdy has stepped in for Ken Starr and Benghazi for Whitewater.

yeah

meanwhile so many gov computer and biz computers get hacked

and not hers

yeah right

STFU, MUSLIM STOOGE

Related: Hillary’s National Security Crime Needs a Special Prosecutor. It’s worth noting that Hillary overturned a foreign country’s government with disastrous results, while plotting with Sid Blumenthal to enrich cronies in the aftermath. It’s not just an email scandal.

Yes, yes - I know about server security, encryption, etc., etc., blah, blah, blah.

Like I said - I really don't give a rat's smelly ass whether or not the information was classified at the time, and I really don't care if it was actually legal or not. What I give a shit about is the total lack of actual judgment Clinton showed in using a private server.

That's it - beginning and end of story.

It comes down to, really, a striking similarity in her "judgment" when she voted in favor of the Iraq invasion. Her statement now? "I made a mistake." Well, sweetheart, that was one expensive fucking mistake - both in dollars and in lives. It's a matter of judgment.

Do I want someone in the White House who uses caution and good judgment, or do I want someone who just reacts on the spur of the moment?

Take a guess...

Edit: And, take a look at the article that Busybody linked to, if you can understand it. THAT is the fucking problem with this whole thing...

Hillary sent 104 classified...
