If you want to take Flash, I can take Batman until we get someone to play it. But you are already playing two characters. If you can handle three, go for it for now, and we'll see if we can get someone else involved.

Or if someone else would like to take on the role of Flash, just let me know.

I'ma take Flash for now, I think, because I know the men who've worn that outfit better than I've known some boys I've dated, and Wally as written by Mark Waid was the guy who got me into comics in the first place.

Besides, much as I love my two previous picks (and I do) the temptation to play one of The Big 7 is just way too strong.

Animal Man​

Name: Bernhard "Buddy" Baker
Base of Operations: San Diego, CA, USA
Abilities:
Animal Man has access to the morphogenetic field of Planet Earth, the astral plane of The Animal Kingdom (a.k.a. "The Red."). As such, he can adapt superpowers from animal abilities on a conceptual level. His ability to access such powers does not work at terribly great distances, and thus he is limited to birds and beasts directly nearby. (It has recently come to light that if a person or an artifact has animal powers based on totemistic magicks, he can adapt abilities from these as he might an actual animal, as these also utilise the morphogenetic field.) He can also communicate with animals, making him something of a "Doctor Doolittle."

Bio:
Buddy Baker was once a hellraising punk rocker with aspirations to be a master hunter. This changed the day he came face to face with an extraterrestrial artifact in the woods of The Adirondack Mountains... and with a burst of terrible energy, it vapourised him, killing him on the spot. Curious at the inner workings of humans and also seeking to amend for their accidental involvement in his demise, the aliens in question reassembled Buddy, this time adding morphogenetic grafts that allowed him to access the abilities of all manner of living creature. Thus transformed, Buddy returned to his life a new man, and swore to be more responsible with his life and with all the world around him.

Name: Beatriz "Bea" DaCosta
Base of Operations: New York City, NY, USA; Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Abilities:
Fire has gained the ability to literally transform her living matter into a quasi-mystical green flame, granting her near-intangibility, pyrokinesis, and the power of flight. She has significant training as an intelligence agent and a natural eye for photography and fashion.

Bio:
Early in her career, Beatriz DaCosta found herself recruited from a high-profile life of entertainment and modeling and thrust into the espionage community. She showed promise for the field, but on an early mission was caught in a bombardment of a substance called "pyroplasm," giving her the ability to breathe green, seemingly mystical fire. Some time thereafter, a second accident placed her in proximity to a Dominator weapon that exacerbated her existing abilities, a "metagene bomb," which caused her to very nearly become an elemental composed of this selfsame verdant fire. She lives by her passion, primarily "the thrill of adventure," and has recently become something of a hometown hero for her native Brazil.

The Flash​

Base of Operations: Keystone and Central Cities, USA
Abilities:
The Flash has the ability to move at impossible speeds, far in excess of the speed of sound (sometimes, amazingly, even approaching the speed of light itself). His hardy metabolism allows him to run for hours without slowing, provides resilience against the withering forces and the pounding impacts of such speeds (and, handily, against the pounding impacts of villains seeking to smack him down), and enables him to regenerate quickly from injury. An "aura" provided by his link to the extradimensional Speed Force defends him against the heat of friction and enables him to communicate with other speedsters moving at similar speeds to his, despite their moving at hypersonic velocities. His reflexes, senses, and thought processes have all been accelerated proportionately to his top footspeed.

Bio:
In a twist of Fate, lifetime Flash fan Wally West met with the same mysterious accident that had befallen police scientist Barry Allen years before, and he found himself engulfed in chemicals that had been struck by lightning. Afterwards, he discovered that he had been granted the very same superhuman speed as his idol, and that his idol had been none other than his Uncle Barry all along. Now that Barry has mysteriously dropped out of sight, wild child Wally West seeks to honour his predecessors in the name by living up to the title of Fastest Man Alive. (He does not, however, always get things quite right the first try... though his heart is undeniably in the right place.)​

Name: Kara Zor-El / Kara Kent (I know the site below says her name is Kara In-Ze, but I'm ignoring that. *lol*)
Race: Kryptonian
Powers: Superhuman strength, speed, stamina and near invulnerability, super hearing, X-ray and heat vision, and flight
Looks: 5'5" tall, long shiny blond hair, brilliant blue eyes, very athletic... To be honest, she looks more like high school cheerleader than an actual superhero. *lol*
Attitude: A typical teenage girl, with all the delightful drama that accompanies that stage in a young woman's life. She's usually very cheerful and upbeat, but she can go through the most horrible mood swings as well, ranging from annoyance to indifference to anger to importunity to sadness to tears, all in the span of 30 seconds! Needless to say, she can be a bit of a handful at times.

Hawkgirl


Name: Shayera Hol
Race: Thanagarian
Powers: Flight (her wings give her the ability to maneuver in the air with the speed and agility of a predatory terrestrial bird), strength, endurance and durability are noticeably greater than those of humans
Weaponry: A mace made of Nth metal, which is disruptive to magical energies.
Other abilities: Extensive training in tactics, military science, and personal combat skills, expert tracker and spy. She is skilled at wielding and throwing her mace with pin point accuracy.
Looks: 5'7" tall, flaming red hair, emerald green eyes, very athletic, her body toned to perfection. So far, no one has seen what her face actually looks like.
Attitude: Shayera is a soldier, plain and simple; though her cover story is that she's actually a member of the Thanagarian police force. She has the hard nosed attitude fitting to her station and can come off as very cold at times; when in fact, she is a very caring person underneath her armor. She has a temper that can flare up at the slightest thing, but is quick to cool down as well. She is proud and honorable, wearing her Thanagarian battle helmet with the utmost pride. It's a symbol of her status and there would have to be a damn good reason for her to take it off in the presence of others.

As it stands right now, the team has a blonde, a redhead, a ravenhair, and a chick with hair permanently dyed green. All the team needs, as far as he's concerned, is a nice brunette, and they'll have a Complete Set.
