Ethan stared at the screen on his laptop. His mind was filled with a jumble of random scenarios bouncing back and forth. It was ludacris really, all she had written was that she was bored. She was obviouslt at work by now, so there was no way of even getting anything started. Still, the simple message labeled "Killing time before work" had captured his attention.
That in itself was an easy task. He himself was guilty of killing time, except he was at work.
"Ugh" he thought to himself. " God I hate this place".
After 10 long years of dedication, he had lost his fire. It wasn't that there weren't new challenges anymore, it's just that they didn't seem, well, challenging. At first it had started with a curiosity. He had heard about a site from an online friend years ago and has stopped by from time to time to see what new stories were available to stimulate his imagination. However, lately, out of a need to find something more, he had ventured onto the bulletin board of that site in search of help writing his own story.
That is how he ended up here. "Hmmm, he muttered to himself. I wonder if Tori is her real name?"
