I had a good evening. It was the last day for my out-of-town guests...OK, my Mom and Dad were visiting. She made a great dinner of lasagne, and we sat and talked afterwards. Then she showed me the three or four cassaroles and other meals that she made during the day...I'm set for a week! Lol.

Why do you have Peppermint in your name? Is it a favorite flavor or a reference to a doll that you like?

Its usually nice to have "mom & dad" come to town once in a while .... musta been enjoyable to have that evening together with your folks.... plus the cooking lessons are always welcome!
