Thanks hon....let's just say that i was born and raised in florida.....always an hour away from a beach

I grew up near the beach, about a mile..then move to Cali and lived about 50' from the beach...now I live 2 or 3 hours from the beach.

Strangely, I always liked being by the beach in the winter, spring and fall as much as the summer. I liked riding my bike there, sitting on the jetty.. watching the water freeze in strange shapes during the winter (up north).

I like the breezes you get on the beach. The breezes are so refreshing on a warm afternoon. Especially in FL where the afternoon storms cool things down nicely. Those same breezes can be very chilly in the winter.

It's nice to run at the beach too. Where I worked in Cali it was near the beach, we had an exercise center so we could run the beach and shower at the exercise center during lunch. That was great.

Right now, Im about we are about 4 hours from the Jersey Shore and Ocean City Maryland. When we move in June, we will be about an hour and a half from the jersey shore

Definately have a love for reading. I love a variety of literature. From mysteries, romance, true crime (morbid i know), biographies, autobiographies, self help (yes, i need it) lol.....

I read a lot. I read almost anything I can get my hands on..Though lately I've not been reading very much because I've been working too much and playing on lit too much. I like romances, though I lean towards classical romances, and mysteries. The last two books I read were work books on the subject of Six Sigma. I had to write a paper last Friday night. I'm glad I didn't accidently slip some of my lit writing into the paper.

I often read things that I have very little knowledge about. It's the best way to learn something new, ne pas? I have a biography of Mozart sitting on a coffee table on top of the recent Meyer book on Napoleon (Nap e owni).
