Daily. About 1/2 hour to an hour possibly more. I didn't stand over him forcing him to say the least, he loves it. I think there was also some fenugreek supplementation, but that was pretty halfassed.

It was, I dunno, a handheld one from Target and then an electric one from babies R us (us in there was the funniest thing ever, I'm sure - we were like giant feral butch men going to the MAC counter) and now it's not so much about the lactation and he engineered one with tubing and boy stuff he has now which you can get something like for about 200 at the pervert toystores.

I'm sure mileage can/will vary on this one.

There was a recent article on the BBC news website.. they put different flavored capsules down a subbies throat who was lactating.

The results were that within minutes the flavors were detectable in her breast milk. They referred to banana and citrus as the strongest flavors. Present for up to 8 hours.
