BiBunny, what you are facing is that some want to categorize that whole spectrum as bisexuality. As I made clear once before, bisexuality is not defined consistently...even among researchers. That's why we have "true lesbian" debates like this. Some people believe that you have to be equally or close to equally sexually attracted to both sexes in order to be classified as bisexual; others believe that even a little sexual attraction to the sex you do not favor makes you bisexual.
I have come across many in the gay/lesbian community who identify as gay instead of as bisexual because they are predominately gay and it would take a blue moon for them to have sex with/date the opposite sex.
