Tears, your avatar reminds me of an issue of a comic book.

It was either a Superman Annual, or Action Comics annual. I'd have to dig through tons of boxes to find it. Came out in the '90s. Superman and Batman were battling a group of vampires. One of them was a young girl that wore a "Mr. Peanut" tee shirt. Looked a lot like the one in your avatar.
