who commends behaviours to the world -
Are they really proud as they may say,
Or do they reinforce, sans need of leash?
Is there a sense of dominant overreach
To commend so in public - does it mean
He is a slave to compliments too keen
For collared content to be clearly seen?
Or is it his requirement that he is
To be complimented for his care?
Adopting a supportive role, which gives
The pet some room for movement if she'll dare
It's hard to ascertain how goes this dance,
It might be better to trust then advance...
