Leather and Lace

Keri takes a deep breath, the rage still not leaving her eyes though. "Yes, I can see that."

 

[JenJ]

Jen took deep breaths again wanting to calm Keri.

Keri breathes deeply, watching Jen. Her fear now turned to anger. She sighs and gives up, leaning into Jen.

Katelyn watches and listens quietly, a bit scared.

 

[JenJ]

Jen held onto Keri. "Calm yourself. You don't need to get angry right know you need to heal."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Keri sighs again and leans into Jen more. "I'm sorry... I just... I just want her dead."

 

[JenJ]

Jen looked at Keri. "Yes but working yourself up wont' help."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Keri sighs and hangs her head a bit in shame for what she just said. She tugs at the covers to pull them back up to cover her bandanged torso.

 

[JenJ]

Jen covered Keri up and Katie up. "I'll be back in a mintue." She headed off towards the bathroom.

Jen placed a little call to Kallie and Juli. "You two can come back know."

Jen returned to the room.

Keri smiles as Jen covers her up "Thank you Jen." She watches her leave and come back.

Katelyn smiles as she is covered up.

Jen smiled at both of them.

Kallie came back and smiled at Katie. "Hi Katie."

Juli came in a little while later and looked at Keri. "The plastic surgeon said you wouldn't see her."

Katelyn smiles softly at Kallie, blushing a bit and going shy "hiya"

Keri looks up at Juli then closes her eyes. "Your right... I'm not letting her touch me. Sorry but I'm not."

 

[JenJ]

Kallie went over to Katie and kissed Katie's cheek softly.

Juli looked at Keri. "I wouldn't think you'd want the reminder?"

Jen looked at Juli a moment. "She wants it to be a testiment so other's now to play safe."

Katelyn blushes a bit more and giggles as her cheek is kissed.

Keri sighs and starts to answer, she turns her head and looks at Jen as she answers for her "Thank you Jen." She looks back Juli firmly, for once not backing down.

Kallie slipped into the bed and held Katie close just listening a moment.

Juli looked from Jen to Keri. "Okay then but what of the tattoo?"

Jen smiled at Keri.

Katelyn blinks as she finds herself snuggling up against Kallie and taking in her warmth. There is something about Kallie that is different, something safe though she can't put her finger on it and certainly is in no place to question it.

Keri looks down at the tattoo, it's a very small one, a thin vine with a K on it. She looks back up Juli "Turn it into a work of art of course, perhaps a tribal arm band?"

Kallie smiled at Katie. "You are safe and will be safe from know on."

Jen stayed quiet and listened still.

Juli listened to Keri. "That is fine love."

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyn nods and sighs softly, thinking there is something implied there but not saying anything yet.

Keri smiles at Juli then at Jen. She looks over at Katelyn "perhaps the plastic surgeon should see Katie though and remove hers...."

 

[JenJ]

Kallie smiled at Katie. "If you don't mind I thought when you get out of here you could come home with me."

Juli smiled. "That is wise. Katie do you want your tattoo removed?"

 

[DustyWolfe]

Katelyns eyes grow big and she looks into Kallie's in shock. She remains quiet for a moment "Umm.. yes?" She then looks at Juli and nods her head "Yes please."

Keri smiles and nods approvingly.

 

[JenJ]

Kallie smiled at Katie. "Good good Juli and you and Keri are welcome to stay there as well until Keri is better that way Jen can perhaps keep an eye on them while we have to do other things."

Jen smiled. "That is such a good idea. I have already agreed to take care of Keri."

Juli smiled. "Keri love what do you think." She smiled at Katie. "Then I'll get the surgeon back in here.'

Katelyn just looks at Kallie in shock. She is finally going to have more than just the small trunk of camera equipment. Something far more important than that.... She will have love and safety.

Keri smiles "Sounds great"

 

[JenJ]

Kallie smiled at Katie and pondered telling her what she was feeling but wasn't sure she should yet.


Jen smiled. "Yes indeed it will work out."

Juli smiled. "That's settled I think tomorrow they shall be ready to get out of here."

Katelyn takes a deep breath and snuggles closer to Kallie, finding that she feels very warm and accepted. She grins to herself thinking that things cant get much better.

Keri smiles "oooh.. I can't wait to get out of here... Do I really have to stay off work for a month like you said when I first got these injuries?"

 

[JenJ]

Kallie smiled and held onto Katie happily.

Juli looked at Keri. "Yes you will be and it might be a bit longer since you got reinjured. I said you'd be off anything but desk stuff my love and you are out a month from that it will be another month before you are active."

Katelyn just snuggles closer to Kallie.

Keri looks at Juli and frowns a bit. "Can I at least do phsyical therapy at some point to get my strength back so I can do my duties?" She grimaces, hating the idea of being stuck at home, but thankful that Jen and Katelyn will be there.
