Edit any posts you don't want to five periods (.....), although be aware quotes are not changed when you do so.
Then, log out of your account, clear your cookies and history, close your browser down, and turn off and restart your computer for good measure.
Don't come back to the forums.

Although, if this person is really 'the one' they should understand you were a sexual being before you met, and will always be one, so just being honest about your past and not doing anything they consider cheating in the future should be sufficient. If you can't conduct yourself with openness and integrity, they're probably not 'the one' for you. Good luck all the same, however.
