You make a beautiful woman. I'd love to see a pic of you in guy clothes. Usually guys who make pretty girls, make VERY hot guys.

*agrees*!!

hey bryan-
I haven't got much to add to the recommendations previously listed- yoga, dance, etc, but just wanted to say that you look great!

Bryan,
What physical activities are you doing? Are you exercising? Sports? Dance? Walking? Running?

What's your diet? What kind of food do you eat? How often? What size are your meals?

I don't exercise. I dance at clubs...which I don't believe counts. I walk to stores, but only when I can't get someone to drive me. (horrible, I know)

I eat just about everything, I try to diet by eating smaller portions, and healthier things like vegetables and fruit. However, I also eat a lot of take-out, candy, junkfood... Mostly because I can't cook, and my roomates aren't too concerned about what they eat.

Part of the problem is you've probably lost weight and so you're basically stretching the skin over the muscle you already had. Because you're a guy you will naturally have more upper torso muscle and it comes through if you become to thin, you'll end up with a "defined" look even if your paper thin.

Ride an exercise bike or use an elliptical and eat more carbs and protein. No matter your goal, junk food is almost always bad.

You'll stay slim and won't gain much muscle. The muscle you do gain will mostly be in your legs. Unless you go nuts with it, your legs won't get huge. They will likely get even more shapely.

I'm a runner and right after getting out of the army I was 5'11" and I weighed about 150. So I had that thin look but without the muscular look. I'd try to eat as balanced a diet as I could. Avoiding carbs is good only if you want to lose weight but if you want to balance out your body physique you need carbs to burn instead of all your fat. No matter what you do, if you burn most of the fat off your body you're going to look muscular, you're a guy.

Also, don't focus to much on your actual weight, though it's good to keep it in mind. Gaining weight isn't the end of the world especially if it balances out your body so you don't look muscular.

Of course, ultimatly the best thing for your health is to do cardio and weight training, but being a model I'm sure you won't :)

p.s. dancing at the clubs counts if you do it once or more a week, so does sex if you are doing it daily for long periods of time with a lot of physical movements.

Not Sure

But please figure it out, because you are one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen and you photograph very well.
