Well Dumpling looks good And not having green is something I never have to worry about no matter what I wear thanks to having green in my tattoo.

Nothing like having the nerve in the back hurt when having to do some heavy lifting and then not being able to rest it because of the lousy rain strom that keeps coming down. Any way hope everyone else is having a better day than I am so far. I know meds won't help with the pain I am dealing with today but in any case may be back to work in a few days at least I hope.

Have you ever tried one of those cordless chemical heat packs that you can purchase and they are good for 8 hours? I am sure it isn't something you would use everyday but maybe when things got particularly awful.

I wouldn't want to start using them I would get to dependent on them and that would be worse.

Never know sometimes it acts up even when it is great outside but it has been letting up a little at a time all day not to bad at the moment. I just hope the rest of the weekend stays this way or gets better.
