Well can't say it was a good day. Dealt with chest back and a real sore right arm since 5 this morning. At least it is starting to go away but spent as much time as possible laying down and resting today.

Well can't say it was a good day. Dealt with chest back and a real sore right arm since 5 this morning. At least it is starting to go away but spent as much time as possible laying down and resting today.

Wish I could afford to. the rest did me some good thou. And will go back and lay down after I get afew more sites checked out. shouldn't be on to long anyway with the back hurting doesn't feel good in the chair.

Well the good news is the rest helped real well. Only thing that is sore now is the back and I think that is because we are going to be getting a bad storm here within the next few hours by the way the sky is darkening here.

Well dear so far so good. Starting to let up a little but then again I took it easy again today. Still need to get the yard picked up some thou.

Well another day and now I start to sweat from the heat. Wasn't even expecting to. Oh well. Before anyone asks the chest pain was back again today and I have been dealing with it as best I can it isn't as bad as it was earlier this week but it drives me nuts. Just have a trip to the library to do yet today then I am done for awhile.

It's nothing to worry about Kayte. It's more to do with arthritis than anything else.
Be nice if I didn't have to worry about it as much. Which I haven't really. Should just plan on taking things easy again today but I do want to get things done. If it gets to bad I am going to get it checked but it didn't last long today.
