Fact: Most commercially produced glass is about 2% insect. This is because the chemicals used during processing attract ants (mostly ants, at least) and they aren't smart enough to avoid getting into the molten glass. Since ant exoskeletons are primarily silicone, it doesn't result in impurities - at least, it falls within the textile industry's definition of "acceptable impurity."

Think about that when you drink your glass of OJ. You're drinking (partially) out of melted ants.
