lil help with public comments please

i know this is a bit presumptuous considering i have none yet, but what exactly is the public comment indicator on my submissions page?

if someone were ever to post, how would i access it?

I just commented on would you like to swing on a star. If you click on your poem, you'll see the public comment and if you log into your member page you'll be able to click on the comment also, and even delete if you don't want it.

You can delete comments? Your own? or other people's that they left on your doorstep?

You can delete any comments on your poems through your member's control panel. When you're checking out your votes and views, you can click on Moderate Public Comments and delete or view your feedback.
