I spent yesterday doing medical stuff. Had an appointment for looking into reversing my colostomy and Dr. Hofius, the surgeon who quite literally saved my life when this all started, was very pleased to see me and see how much I've improved since last July. It's always nice when the doctor is impressed with your recovery. (I've experienced this before, primarily with the knee injury that ended my baseball career. I seem to heal fast.) Anyway, he got me in for a colonoscopy Friday, which is fast for this area. So, surgical procedure on Friday, then we have to wait for the CT Scan (April) to be sure and hopefully we can get this damn bag off my gut in either May or June. Very pleased!!!! Especially with a new girlfriend with whom I am just starting a new physical relationship. The bag really is in an unfortunate location for sexual aesthetics.

So , all good news. The only bad thing about yesterday was that I was unable to cut time out for a trip to drink a pint of green beer or sip a dram of Jameson. Probably the first time since before college I haven't had at least one adult beverage on St. Patrick's day.

my grandfather's brother had one of those bags. I had talked to him about it and he said they are gross but also make things easier in many ways.

but glad things are improving for you...sorry you missed out on a drink yesterday though!!!! and hopefully in May/June things get even better!

I work from home and enjoy it. I have had an office job yes and it is nice to lean over a cubicle wall and talk about a tv show, get quick advice on something, or walk to get coffee with someone. I do miss that.
But right now Ive just started laundry, my coffee is free, my dog is snoozing nearby, no commute thankfully, I dont have to pack a lunch, I can play music while working without headphones, and I can sit here on Lit and tweak my nipples thinking about all the cocks that might be hard because of something I have said or posted...so those are very nice perks!

Sweet mother of..... Everything about that pic is sexy, and I have to agree with the guys, there's no way I'm winning or even looking at the screen 😍

As a more recent member of the glasses club I have noticed you need to make far more of an effort to be subtle too because of the automatic urge to turn your head, which I'm guessing is why you chose those (for vision, not perving)
