The Chef is running around in the kitchen like a mad man. I made my pie dough yesterday and have it loaded with butter, My intentions is to make a totally decadent Apple Pie for this contest. Some thing exploding with flavor and intense taste...

Now as far as last Sunday never make excuses for hours of animal like pleasures... There should never be any limits placed on what occurs between great lovers...

The great thing about being retired is that every day can be a Sunday morning...

A great TGIF to you... Have a fantastic lunch with the gals from the office. For all general purposes the work week is over for you...

This has been a week from hell for me, very very busy. We sold the 86 acres of land in Alburgh, VT. We signed the contract on the property yesterday. The closing will be next week...

Then I had all that baking this week also. Now I am not a dessert Chef so it was a major challenge for me. But I have always enjoyed being challenged. I lost twenty points off my score for my Apple Pie entree even before the judge took place. It was my fault I didn't read the rules entirely. They stated that all containers must be disposable. I used a regular deep dish pie pan. I was able to submit a slice of the pie on a paper plate. I lost the points for presentation and appearance... I was able to transfer the Maple/Walnut Fudge on to a paper plate making a mess. I'll write it off to a painful learning experience.

Tonight is Friday night so its out to dinner with the gang. Then tomorrow night it a Ham dinner at the Maple Festival. With as crazy as this week has been I have ate out each night this week somewhere...

Baby girl relax and enjoy your weekend, you deserve it. Enjoy your spring like weather. My grass is turning green and I have buds on my trees.

I am happy to hear your weekend was exciting. I picked up your revised weather forecast for your neck of the woods off the spring thread... Baby I am so sorry to hear about the cold weather and more snow again... Beautiful Lady I would have gone nuts with cabin fever with all that winter weather by now. Actually it looks like I am going to need to cut the grass this weekend. The leafs are starting to pop out on the trees. I have been running the aerator in the pond. At night I play a flood light on the pond and the cluster of white birch on the other side of the pond. The aerator produces a 3 foot geyser of dancing water in the center of the pond that looks cool. With the light on the pond it looks neat from the road driving by at night....

I hope your work week has been a good one so far. May it pass by quickly so you get to enjoy next weekend...

It's the weekend and hopefully my Pretty Lady is catching a break from the work world to enjoy life... Yesterday I had the opportunity to cut the lawn for the first time in this 2013 season. It took me a total of 6 hour (large yard) with the tractor but it looks beautiful. This year I want to plant more perennial flower in the front to add more color. It seems a man's work is never done...
