All though I am officially retired I still do work a bit. Actually it is more like play. I love doing car shows. The corvette in my AV is actually my vette. I take it to shows all the time. I have a Classic and Custom Car Broker and Consulting business. I work out of my office in my house. I do it for the fun of it and make some money while doing it...:D There is anything wrong with making a little money...:)

I've posted the recipes I used at the Vermont Maple Festival over on the 2003 Spring thread if your interested. The Maple/Walnut Fudge recipe is one of the ones chosen for the 2014 Vermont Maple Festival Cookbook - Blue Ribbon Recipes...;)

Remember Chef's do it with creativity...:eek:

Had Visitors from out of Town:) couldnt even have a Barbeque coz it rained:(
Thank God they rented a Car after they flew in so we didnt have to drive them to see all their Friends in Town;) ~ thanks for the Recepies :kiss:

Sorry to hear about your rainy weekend. You need to pick up a canopy for bad weather that way you can still cook outdoors...;) My weekend was a quite weekend. I am planning on BBQing up a mess of Beef Spare Ribs Chicago Style on Memorial Day. I haven't done ribs in a while and looking forward to them. Next weekend it is supposedly going to be real nice. I need to get to my butcher and pick up some beef ribs today. I have a nice rub to coat them with to really give them flavor. You’re welcome on the recipes. I will be posting my rib rub and BBQ sauce recipe for the ribs over on the 2003 spring thread is anyone want them.

uh,we do like to barbeque when the Weather is nice, but we are not that desparet that we cook outside in foul Weather;) and my Hubby keeps it simple Hot Dogs-Burgers-Chicken and sometimes Backribs!
