On today's menu, let's talk about Chinese Dim Sum.

for those that have never had it, dim sum is usually served in the morning until early afternoon. These little delicious morsels are meant to be shared and served with tea.

The waitresses will make their way to the diner's tables pushing carts filled with an assortment of goodies. Even if there is a language barrier, it doesn't matter! Whatever looks good to you, you can just point to what you want
