I am coming out of deep lurkdom (is that a word?) for this one because Lit HAS effected my sex life. That and going off the pill. Or maybe it was being in my late 30's.........or all 3?

Since I've been coming to Lit I have definitely become more adventuresome. DH is always happy to go along but I think, after years of just plain vanilla, he really didn't think I was very adventuresome......so vanilla it was :-0 Even after a surprise pregnancy (we have 3 kids - we were stopping at 2 LOL!) and 14 years of marriage our sex life it better than it's ever been.

For instance, I would never, EVER, have considered anal sex. Period. Now.....now....I'm considering I've talked DH some about it although again, for so long I've been the "never" person that I'm sure it's something I'll really have to lead him to!

So yes, it's had a very positive effect. The stories, the boards, it's all good in my opinion!

I learned that there are many people with many freakier interests than me! Also, it gave me a topic for my "notion de liberte en amour" class (stupid lack of accents)... but that's not my sex life. I came here for the forums themselve, believe it or not, from NaNoWriMo, and I've explored a bit in the stories and confirmed my freakiness.

I think it has made me realize that I'm not just a freak with a few freaky friends. My friend and I are called perverted squared) I mean there are a lot of us out there who like talking about sex... A LOT!

It's made me open my eyes to new products and start looking at other types of sex. I think it has also made me a whole bunch hornier. I mean a whole bunch. I also think it has made me see that not all sex has to be rough. Good sex can be gental and soft. But I still like my ass smacking and nipple pinching, but it's good to know some people still like that movie ideal of sex. I like LIT so much!

I've always been adventuresome. An old dom/lover of mine had turned me on to the Lit website (about 4 years ago, or so) because of stories he was reading. I had looked at them and pretty much forgot about the site.

About two years ago I got involved with my current SO. Innocently enough, one day I wrote a story to him and Lit (specifically the How To) has been a integral part of our sex-life.

Even having been adventurous before, I've learned new ways of pleasing him via the How To. Different techniques, positions, etc. I must say, it's been very rewarding for us. Since we don't have intercourse in our sex-life - our time together is pretty much 2 - 5 hours of "foreplay". Not only has Lit helped me to better satisfy him, it has also given me ways to better communicate to him what I want and how I want it.

Simple question and simple answer:

Life changing? Nope.

However, this has afforded the opportunity to post some of the stuff that rattles around in my head and then onto electrons. (paper is just so passe). The erotic stuff that is. As for other, more conventional poetry -- well that goes to the pub rather than here.

Now there are one or two techiniques that I have picked up that have made a difference to me in the reactions of partners and for me at their being additionally well pleased. For that I am most appreciative.

I think that in the short time I have been here it so far has improved my confidence, and given me ideas for what me and my GF can do in our own sex lives. And posting pictures of her here has been a big turn on for the pair of us!

Not life changing for me

Lit hasn't changed my life. I do enjoy surfing the topics and reading the stories. Lit hasn't really enhanced my sex life either. Mr. GGG's thread gave good results but unfortunately, my wife's sex drive just isn't as strong as mine so we've remained only a once or twice a month couple. We are very happy together but I wish she would check out this site. When I bring it up, she usually rolls her eyes. Oh well...I love her anyway.
