Chapter one is officially done and awaiting the scrutinizing eyes of my editor. (I sure hope he gets to it tomorrow!) If anyone wants a pre-edit read I will PM or mail it to you.


Please, please, please...! NOW we need a title! I cannot submit it to Laurel titleless. Or, let me rephrase, I don't want to "name" it The Story Without a Name. lol

Personally, I do like Lit's Fantasy Island. If you have offers, ideas, or suggestions please post them here! I really think it would be nice to have "Lit" somewhere in the title! A slight variation of what Dunchad said? Lit's Writer's Convention? Lit's Sexy Writer's Convention?

Also, PLEASE, if you think you cannot devote some time to writing a chapter "drop out" now. Let us know if you still want your likeness in the story, though, so we can edit as necessary before too many chapters are posted (and you're either IN or NOT against your wishes). If you've been lurking and wish to "sign up" now, please do so! The more the merrier!


Reminders, hints, and suggestions when submitting your chapter to Lit:

• In the "notes" line, please state that you are writing chapter WHATEVER for title WHATEVER'S chain story (even though your submission title should be obvious)! This is easier on Laurel when she is going through submissions and/or if she has any "helpers" reading some. Please number your title with a "zero" if you are before 10. IE: 01, 02, 05, and so on.
  
• If you want hints on how to Italicize, underline, bold, or even
  
  center​
  your text within a story please PM me or ask here! It IS different than in the bulletin board, and it IS possible to have such text in a story.
  
• Please add a note to Laurel in the "notes" if you do alter any text like that. It helps her eyes catch them, if she knows she's looking for them, and will help insure the text comes out how you want it.
  
• Also, I ask that you don't start your chapter with a "disclaimer" unless you feel it is so "extreme" or whatever that it needs it. We do have that summary sentence line to kind of "customize" our chapter as needed. (IE: "Dunchad teaches the novices the fine arts of Sadism as he sodomizes Eve!" or "Texguy's world is turned upside down when he discovers that OneLustyWench is really a succubus..."
  
• Last thing here, just a little suggestion really, not a necessity... I would suggest in the chapter summaries (that little sentence) or if trying to offer a "proper" name, use the entire screen name? And, even if the Lit author wrote their screen name in all lower case letters CAP the first letter so it looks more like a name? There are examples of both in my chapter if you have questions.

We have officially gotten this ball rolling now. Let's see if it's a snowball?
After my editor tears though my chapter and we have a title I will be submitting it to Lit!

One last reminder... Please keep open communication amongst each other, especially the author who submits after you! This will allow more fluid chapter changes. Like, maybe you tell the next author your basic "outline" so they can get a head start of their chapter if they want and/or offering a preview before you submit your chapter.

Please post here (or even PM me) once your chapter is submitted and posted. I plan to keep an updated list in my sig line of all of our works.

I had the tale edited when I came home from work today. I want to submit it to Lit tonight.

So far you and I are the only ones who like Lit's Fantasy Island. I may go with the new idea of Orgy, Literotica Style! since I've had some positive "feedback" in PMs about that title now.







One other "reminder", if I may? lol When you type up your title will you CAP the "C" in Ch.? Also, I think that abbreviation with the period is just fine.

So far chapter one has not been accepted. It still has two views on it. Vis, as I suggested, you could submit your chapter if you want and add in the notes that they never accepted chapter one yet! It may light a fire under them and help "prove" that we really are working on a chain! lol
