My rule is no planning. Checking schedules is fine, but never make any plans. I go in with no expectations, and so am always more than pleased with the outcomes.

I'm a total Benny Head. Pop it, snort it, shoot it, drink it... Whatever it takes. Gimme some of that pink!!!

As far as plans go...

I've made plans several times. Sometimes they get screwed up. Sometimes they actually work out really well. It's rather devastating when they don't, sadly. :(

I'd have to say that the big plans I make here work out more often than not. Quicker, impromptu plans... Not so much. I get lucky every so often. But not a lot.

Plans on Lit? Like how much time I spend here, at what time of the day, on what thread and with what folk?

*sighs* I have stopped making them.

I now just take what is around, and more often than not I am happy and content when I get out after what ever time it (I) needed.

Plans on Lit, usually not justenjoy the time here if something works it does, otherwise just post and have fun.:kiss:

Stroked in late. Not so sure late is better than never. ;) then again, I'm not a big fan of cliches. Why can't people use original thought to express themselves? Are you a cliche fan? Why? If not, which cliche would you prefer to never hear or read again?

I use cliches once in a while because everyone understands them immediately, which isn't always the case if I am original; it kind of spoils the fun if once has to explain why one said what.

Mixing up two cliches or twisting them a bit is a lot of fun if one doesn't mind people casting scrutinizing glances at one.

Better late than early.
The sunset was so nice, one could almost eat it.

Here's one that I like
The road to Hell is paved with good intentions

and mixing them up
All work and no play makes Jack a silver lining

You could have avoided them like the worms ...

I love worms. Nothing is more fun that scooting my arse across the carpet. So that wouldn't work for me.

Avoid them like Nickelback. Although, methinks that will be cliche soon enough.

Sneaks, late again. I hope this doesn't become a habit, I'd have to punish myself, and , well, that's a road best not travelled upon

We all have our lit habits and routines, but if you were forced to give one if them up, what would it be.

Please post the pictures of your self-punishment

Hmmm.... I could give up the How To threads. Some of the discussions go very GB for some reason: all personal and snarky... and GLBT Personals - what a fucking waste of ink that is :D

I could give up the GB.

Oh. I already did.

I couldn't give up the Playground and the ORP.

Happy Monday! We have newbie Listers that wander in here from time to time. What one piece of advice from a "dear god, don't do that" perspective would you offer them, omitting the "don't send cock pics" advice because, well, if you're that stupid.....;)

There are some spectacularly wonderful people here. In fact, I haven't met anyone who isn't, in his or her own way, a beautiful person. That being said, you don't need to click with every single one of them… and you won't… and there is nothing wrong with that. One of my favorite things to do here is watch a few of those people with whom I have no real connection and appreciate the things they say.. without the need to form any type of relationship.

Don't post in the GB unless you like blood sports
Don't expect anything more than you see on your monitor - it isn't a magic box to cover your world with glitter

I have to agree with sticky and tell them to avoid the GB. Also would tell them to post on the boards here and get to know people before you send out random PMs. If you don't post and have no info and then start sending out PMs, you probably will get ignored. So enjoy making friends first!

Yep, don't expect the GB to be a happy place to tumble around in, post on the boards before you send out random PMs, and, especially if you are male, don't only post on the female AmPic threads and/or on the SRP board before you send random PMs asking for cyber to nice ladies.

And don't send "Hey, how are you?" PMs if you don't know how else to not be an asshat, but tell a bit about yourself but don't include your sexual desires and dislikes in a first PM.

And try to use correct grammar and spelling.
