And now little me with a wordcount of 50170, and hell-bent on another 15k, I think.

The damn thing in the AV's taking up all my daylight hours, you can just about see me behind the netting paintbrush in hand, but I've managed about 3k today and couple more hours to go.

You can do it Wills. I was sitting at just over 25,000 last night when I stopped. Since starting this morning, I have managed to bang out a little over 6,000 during the course of the day. At little here and a little there adds up!

Thanks to those who run NaNoWriMo

I just want to take this opportunity to put in a HUGE THANKS to Chris Baty, head honcho of NaNoWriMo, and his staff.

They do a wonderful job organising and administrating this for us novelists. I know I'll be eternally grateful for this whole experience, I've been having the time of my life, and it isn't over yet.

So, please, all of you join me in shouting "Thanks Chris". I'm sure he'll hear it. Mike and Perdita, make sure you shout loudest of all, he's got more chance of hearing you guys.
