Trying to find a story I read a while back, no luck googling it. Pretty sure it was Loving Wives. Might be part 2 of a two parter, or a sequel to something, not totally sure, so the author name would help so I can find the rest.
What I remember: it opens with the husband at a party that turns out to be a swinger/orgy type thing he didn't know about going in. He goes looking for his wife, finds her with another guy. Pulls her out, big argument, they drive home and drop the babysitter off on the way, and he's furious with her.
The backstory is that the wife got involved with this guy once before. Honestly not sure they even had sex, but either way he secretly got pictures and used them to blackmail her. The guy is somebody important in town, I think real estate. He's got a private apartment he uses just for this. He's done it to a lot of other women, ties them to sex machines and leaves them on there for hours to break them. He's got an accomplice, and they record everything so they always have leverage. There's a conversation somewhere between him and the accomplice about what they do with some of the women once they've broken them and have enough on them, basically they traffic them, sell them into forced prostitution somewhere abroad. They call the group of women a "stable."
The husband and wife end up working together to get the pictures and videos back. I think they also save another woman from getting taken to that apartment. They corner the guy, tie him up, and the revenge is brutal, they put a band around his testicles so he loses blood flow and loses them. He knows exactly who they are and taunts the husband through it. They need the code off him so they can get all the videos of every woman out.
Near the end the husband and wife are watching from a car after they've already done the band thing, and they see an ambulance show up, and they can hear the guy's wife and sister-in-law there yelling and arguing. I think the wife might have had brothers mixed up in it somehow too. It all comes out after that and he ends up in serious trouble.
