Looking for a story - please help!

I’ve been searching for a specific story all evening and I can’t find it for the life of me. The gist of it is that there’s a brother that has recently realized he has a “power” of sorts, one that can connect his mind to others and influence them. His older brother attends college/university and is working under a professor. They all have this power to connect and manipulate another’s mind. The professor is the most powerful of them and has a group (pack, harem, brotherhood??) of the college boys including the older brother who work under him. His power changes their bodies, opening up their minds and bonding them to him and each other. I think they don’t need to eat anymore or something too?? The younger brother starts learning how to control this power from his older brother and uses it to turn his best friend gay and bonds the best friend to him. At the end the younger brother attends the same school and also joins the professor’s group of students, opening his mind and bonding him to all of them. It sounds like cnc but it’s not, it’s a very loving story. If memory serves, it’s one longer story rather than multiple chapters of a story, but I might be misremembering. Idk how much this information will help, but I read it for the first time probably close to a year ago so it’s not that new. Please help! Thank you so much!
