Aha! That short horror story was my inspiration for The Tank. I read it last Halloween and it have me such a chill I wanted to write something like it.

I have corresponded with him on an off for a while, and I think he's a lot better writer than I am.

If you can stand a longer than eight pager "tough love' is good. 'Twisted Payback' is a variation on the theme.

'Controlling Grace' is good, but unfinished. 'Just Browsing' is a page turner, or would be if it was longer.

All have something to recommend them, most have a darkness in them.

If I sound like a fan - I am.

The Contract Killer series is the best thing I have read on this site by a light year. Just beyond words. The only thing is the chapters are not shown in order, so you have to read it chronologically by posting date. A brilliant collection of dark humour.

BTW, this exercise is helping my story along too. I've written 1676 words so far. That is 1676 more words than all of last week.
