Looking for some advice/opinion/interpretation

I'm a married dad and I had a conversation with the woman who runs the small daycare our daughter attends this morning that has left me wondering if she was being as flirty as I think she was being. If anyone's available to PM about it, I'd love to get some feedback. Don't want to post too many specifics here just in case someone is on here who would know one of us.

Good daycare centers are hard to find, it's not worth it.
