Or maybe it's Gitmo East.
I have long held the idea that if Cuba were to stop being so utterly communistic, they could be THE premier resort island of the Caribbean.

Still one very big problem to deal with, HAMAS.
I say Big 10!Some big decisions to be made. Will Gaza State University play in the SEC or Big10?

Move them to Madagascar![]()
I still think Cuba should be brought in as a 52nd State. Just send in the Marines and hold a referendum. They were before they were lured to the dark side…

My next door neighbors when I was very young were Cuban refugees that escaped the scourge of Castro’s communist hell. Their son and I were best buds while we lived there.I still think Cuba should be brought in as a 52nd State. Just send in the Marines and hold a referendum.
The Cubans I have met (I admit, only a couple) were really great people and it's a beautiful island with so much potential. It'd be a win-win, and restore all those lovely old buildings in Havana and it'd be a beautiful city too.
If it will run properly, I completely agree with you.
It really should be the 54th or 55th state. I guess we can get round to that in March or April.
You'd want to turn it into a disneyesque resort stuck in the 1950's/1960's but with modern amenities and convenience.
Pool and cabana boys everywhere!
Then pour the foundations with them in it!Pound them into the gravel of the tunnel networks. Problem solved.

He wasn't allowed to see The Godfather Part II in movie theaters when he was a kid so he likely had no idea about the scope of Cuba as a pre-Castro gambling mecca in the 1940s and early-to-mid 1950s.Been tried and failed
Puerto Rico before Cuba.I still think Cuba should be brought in as a 52nd State. Just send in the Marines and hold a referendum.

The proposed new Caesers Palace, Gaza....visit the 51st State....
Gaza - 51st
Cuba - 52nd
Canada - 53rd altho it may take a few days extra to negotiate
Greenland - more of a territory really
Why don't we make the Philippines another offer? - 54th - gotta replace all the Mexicans we deport and we can skip the Green Cards and it makes it way easier to replace all those white liberal girls that no real guy wants to marry anyhow because of their politics, body hair, and general bo and while Filipina's aren't generally as hot as Chinese girls, they're not commies and the food is really great too

Cuban cigars aren’t what they used to be. Marvin Shankin of Cigar Aficionado fame says to by pre 2014 as quality has gone down quite a bit. Dominicans are much better now…for those who want to know.If the US wasn't so reactionary against Cuban politics, Cuba could be a premier touristic destination for Americans. Many Europeans visit the country and barely notice the government.
Firstly, allow the sale of Cuban cigars. Good old-fashioned capitalism, what's not to like? The ammosexuals could even export some of their guns in return for more drugs.
For heavens sake put the elixir bottle down
