Time travel, holy shit, is there nothing this guy can't do? "Th...Thanks for getting my War Chest buddie." The Elf steped out of thine air, with the War Chest and Anise in toe. Morga smiles a funny, sad smile at Bill, and seemed to close his eyes. A tingle went throw his body, as, unbeknowst to Bill, Morereg touched his life string. It seemes his eyes flexed, as Morereg made small little motions with his had.

“Little grandmother why did you do this? What was your reason? What did he do that you would do this?”

Little Grandmother, I've heard the before, somewhere...? Was it another name for Nikki, did Morga know Nikki? Did he know something of the golden string I followed?

Bill chewed on the fruit Morag had given him, making sure not to eat the seeds, and saving the ones he spit in to his hand. He finished, Bill was a lot hungryer then he remembered being when he first bit into this fruit. He sliped the seeds into his pocket for planting later. Got to be a good guest, do what I was aksed. And with all the crazy shit going on. Who knows, if I don't plant them I could wake up with a horn in the middel of my head!

"Well Bill, we need to get some shelter. Can you handel a bit more magic?"
"I think I'll live Morga, but you sound pretty tired to me home boy. This is that park I passed isn't it? You fixed the palce up pretty nice here Morga."

Bill eyes where almost blinded by the brigh colors and the Fay light. But he felt at peace, he flet safe, and kind of a funny warm feeling. It looked like the kind of Med Evil forst you'd seen in King Aurthor, or some little girls coloring book.

"It feels pretty good here if you ask me brother. Maybe you could get a few hours sleep, and I'll stand the first watch. You look zoned out Vato."

He walked around, eyes half shut, but enjoying the color and safety of it all. He ran his hand over the leaf of a tree, and could have sworn he had the tree sigh. This place is a fucking trip man.. Like out of one of the stories Jamaica M'on use to tell me. Guess he really did know some Fay. He saw Anise body laying softly on the ground. He bent to take a look at her, pretending to be concerned. Bill had never see a Vampire before tonight, and had never ever seen one up close. He was taken back by her beauty, and he soft looking pale skin. He reached to touch her, and stop a few inches away. That's cold man, real cold, like a corps! I can't fucking believe it! He heard Morga give a small, slightly alarmed sigh behind him.

"Just wanted to know if she was still Alive.. I mean, breathing.. I mean, well, you know what I mean Morga."

He remembered the look she gave him back at the house that blood built. Like she felt sorry for him, herself, and anyone else stuck in this mess. She almost seemed human then. Something hard had gone out of her face, something not human had left, just for a second. She could have been any girl off the street right then. All this thought about girls made him think of Nikki.

"He Morga, you said a name a few minutes ago.. I think I've heard of her. Don't know where? Could have been from Jamaica M'on, or one of the many other cult folks I've talked. Hell, could be another name for Nikki for all I know?"

His mind keep running, but nothing came when he thought about that name. It was almost as if his mind was trying to erase the idea of the name from him. He would grab for it, hold it for a second. And then it would grow deem. If I didn't know better, I'd say it was the damn cures trying to make me forget I heard the man. But that's fucking silly. That's not how it works... Right? Man Bill, if it's fucking with your mind and memories, it's getting really bad. I'd say I had a few fucking months before I'm drooling on the corner trying to talk people into believing my stories.

A sad, spiteful laugh escape his lips as the thought was completed in his head. Once again he looked to the stars, throw the canopy of trees, and the Fay light. They where still there, like angles watching over the rest of the world. He turned his attention to the woman he had been carrying around. He lend down, and took the hand cuffs off. He winced as he saw the impressions left around her wrist by them. Only one seemed to really need any looking after. He pulled his War Chest over to him, and pulled out a first Aid kit, without even looking. He bandaged her up and put a towel from the kid under her head. Man, but she is pretty. She's not Liz.. Liz!

"Hey Morga, when do you think it'll be OK to show our faces again. There's... Something I've got to do.. I've, umm.. got to go see a friend."

Bill blinks his eyes, and one tear falls over his check. It seems that everything has finely come down around his ears. He covers his face with both hands and rocks on his heels for just a second. Hidden from Morga, and the sleeping Woman, Bills golden eyes whale at the memoire of the night. Liz, oh Liz, I'm coming baby, just give me a little more time. I'll make things right baby, I swear it. His hands turn to fists in front of his face, then, with one last heel rock, he stands to his feet. His western style boot crakes as he does so. He opens his War Chest, and his trench coat is pulled out of it. Morga can remember garbing the Chest, and leaving the coat. But there it is, same as it was when Bill took it off. Smokes even in the same pocket. Bill flicks his wrist, and lights a smoke. "Cool if I smoke Morga? I'll police my own butts brother. Never did like seeing crushed smokes in the park."

He pulls in the smoke, and lets the stress and pain of the last few hours out. His eyes are still a little wet from his tears earlier. But his smile is back, in full effect. Making his face seem darker then it is. The picture of a gallows fool. He fishes around in his breast pocket, and pulls a pair of sun glasses out. "Sorry about that Morga.. I'm feeling better now. So, when do you think I can head back into town?"

“Any time Bill, Any Time.” Morereg smile a bit at the reference a play on words.

"I think I'll live Morga, but you sound pretty tired to me home boy. This is that park I passed isn't it? You fixed the palce up pretty nice here Morga."

“ Yes I needed to, this is a fortress even though it does not look like one. Just about the entire park is alive now. IT watches and will help but we need to do a few things first. I am a bit drained from the spell use. I need a bit of rest is all. Just because you know how to do something does not mean it is easy. The last couple of day has been a drain on my powers.”

"It feels pretty good here if you ask me brother. Maybe you could get a few hours sleep, and I'll stand the first watch. You look zoned out Vato."

“That will not be necessary the trees will guard us. But we will need to find Anise a spot to shield her from the sun. Or she will turn to ash. I never thought that I would be protecting some vampire when I came here.”

"Where are weeee AAAA" looking at th to vampires she slowly drew her knife being out of ammo. She quickly noticed them "oh it's just you guys I guess thanks for helping me" she put her knife back. "What happened to her" she noticed the female laying on her back. "So what do we do know" looking at them "are we screwed yet"

Morereg looks at her
“Yes we are screwed as you have so eloquently put it! Now that you have been seen I will give you a few choices.
First you can stay with us and maybe die.
Second we can let you go no harm will come to you from us. However you have been seen by both vampires and lycan so now you are targeted for death.”

Ticking each choice off on his fingers. It was true that she was seen by both vampires and lycan but they were all dead except for one vampire and one lycan and perhaps a demon in a sword.

“Third you can explain everything to the guards who are coming down the street to check out the house that we were at. But more than likely they will look at the destruction and not listen a word that you say and lock you up.
Forth we can kill you now and get you out of everyone’s hair. Because running into a fight like that with just a knife, holy water and a gun does not cut it. We can give you a painless death here and now. And we will make sure that you do not come back as a vampire.
So I personally would say number one! But the choice is up to you!”

With that Morereg walks over to Anise picks up her now human form and starts walking over to s group of trees. Leaving the girl to think about what she wants to do. He always gets snippy after a fight went bad. He knows this and he should not be taking it out on her.
But he finishes walking over to a group of hickory trees. And after a few moments the trees move aside and move up some earth. He carefully sets Anise within the hole. The trees move earth over the hole but give her enough space that if she awakes sooner she will know that she is safe. He also pulls out a small piece of parchment and a quill pen he rights a few words and leaves it tucked tightly in her hand.

He looks back and then turns around and walks back toward the girl.

“Your pardon for my foul manners good lady. I am tired and the battle has not gone well for us. I beg your forgivness. For we are now the hunted and we need to rest and gather strength. I would honored if you joined me… us for some dinner and good company.”

"Cool if I smoke Morga? I'll police my own butts brother. Never did like seeing crushed smokes in the park."

Bill pulls in the smoke, and lets the stress and pain of the last few hours out.

“Town?? Were are here.”
Morereh points to the small island in the middle of the tiny lake.

“We are going to get some rest. Some food and a secure place to rest at least until noon. It is almost 3am by your time keeping. When you drop off that combat rush you will find that you are most likely very tired.
The other thing is I would like to start training you how to deal with that curse of yours and I might know this Nikki of yours. But first something to eat and some rest for all of us. Then lets see what we can do.”

He walk over between then both and sticks out both hands.

“Well grab a hold and lets go to my little home while I am staying here”

(OOC it is starting to slow down. If you want to end up in the park that is fine. Or when we pop back in the open. But I understand. Hop in anytime you feel you can.)

Bill lay his head on the cool earth, sleeping outside wasn't new to him. But was new, was the feeling of calmness, and safety. Any other time he'd had to sleep under open sky, Bill had bitched to bet the band. And almost always he had needed to take something to get him off to dream land. Be it a bottle of Crown and Sword, a few puff's on a jay, or a sleeping pill or three if he was lucky enough. Any combo the three was enough to keep him in dream land all night long. But he would watch himself from now on. Mixing sleep helpers could lead to becoming a bummed out addict. I've got enough on my plate. My life story is already hard enough to believe, without adding junkie to it.

Bill took his coat off, and crumpled it under his head. The air in this place was so warm, and very comfortable. He laid his head back and pulled deeply on his last smoke before sleep. The smoke cut lazy circles in the night air as the combat high began to drained from his bones. Bill bent forward and snubbed his smoke out on the soul of his boot. I wonder, what the heck happened to Jack? I really only got to talk to the guy for a few. But he seemed a good sort. I mean, for a giant, monster Garfield doll, with teeth, and claws.. He rolled over, and sleep took him.

The city was griped in a wave of heat, and going mad with it. Theft was on the rise, and people where dropping like flies. Be it from the heat, or a new swarm of lead incest's called bullets. Gun play, had become the cities new language. And the denizens where learning at a record rate. The sheets stuck to his damp body as he made his way to the window. Fever could be seen making steam billow from the man holes.

His muscular back and wide shoulders framed a slim and tight body. His large chest, and well toned arms, gave away his profession to any in the know. He was a fighter, a boxer, welter weight, golden gloves. And tonight, if things went right, he would win the belt and a shot at the big times. He stretched his shoulders, and could feel the tightness of another love making session leave his body. I should go run, do some road work, get my head in the right place. But how can I leave this vision of loveliness in my bed? He turned to look upon his lover, the woman who had shared his bed for a few months now. Her long, dark, raven black hair, hung to just about the swell of her beautiful ass. Her slim, soft shape, was a pretty cleaver disguise. More then once she had proven to him she was a match for most men when it came to strength. And she had proven to have the same libido as a man too. Giving as good as she got was kind of the stable of their relationship. This was a woman he didn’t have to look after, she was no damsel in deserts. But because of that, he wanted to look after her even more. At times, it almost seemed as like she had him under her spell.

Her sleepy eyes rolled open, and took in the sight of he lover standing in the fading afternoon light. My, he's beautiful, standing there, like some kind of Greek God. The sheet, draped roguishly across his hips, as he took her in. “Come William, come back to bed. So me one more time, how much you love me.” Her voice came out like smoke on water. Muskey, and smooth, at the same time. He could feel it pulling at him deep inside. “I’ve got a fight tonight Sleepy Butt. And I’ve got to save something for Jefferson.” He can already feel himself moving to the bed before he even knows he’s doing it. A smile on his face, as he lays down next to her. “I’ve SHOWN you how much I love you THREE times today already. How do you expect me to fight for the big bucks, if you keep using me up Sleepy Butt?” “I’ve told you Me’Hu-be-ra, you need not fight for a living. I’ve more then enough money to keep us in my little love nest for years and years.” He smiled, she was rich, he knew that. But having grown up without a father himself, and dropping out of school to take a job to help make ends meat for his mother and sisters. He had a strong moral strike in him. A man went to work, at whatever it was he did. And as long as he could do that, he found a pride that no one could ever take away. A sigh came from his lips as she ran a long finger nail across his chest. She played with his nipple, just a little. She knows I don’t like it when she does that. “I know you like it more then your willing to admit William.”, she almost purred. “Stop that.” , he gently moved her hand away. “And what the hell does that Me’Hu-be-ra stuff mean? I thought we agreed no more Gypsy talk?”

She curled up next to him, laying her head on his chest. “It means, Husband.” Husband, oh no, not good. His body tensed, and she felt it happen. “What’s the matter William, you don’t want to marry me?” Better think of something good Billy boy. “No, it’s not that I don’t want to marry y...” She cut him off, “ Oh, you’ve made me so happy!” She rolled on top of him, and began kissing all over him. You stepped in Dog shit now Bill. “We’ll talk about it later tonight, OK Nikki?” And as he looked into her eyes, he saw something he had never noticed before. There was a bright green light in there, something that set him on end. He could almost feel them digging into his soul. The light seemed to take up the whole room, growing larger, brighter, and deeper. Taking over, and dimming every other color in the world. The light grew and grew till it reached it’s climax, and a bright light ended his world.

Bill woke with a start, not knowing where he was. He rolled to his feet, looking around in quick starts and stops. This is the park, I’m with Morga, and Nikki is no where to be see. His sigh was relief could have been heard across the city. He sat back down and pulled a smoke from his coat. He dug around in his coat sleeve looking for the book of matches. The small amount of death he took into his lungs made him feel much better. He dug throw his War Chest, and found his almost forgotten bottle of Crown and Sword. He took seeds from his pocket, and began looking around. The fire from the booze warmed his now chilly stomach. He dug a little hold, in between two large trees. His fingers pulled throw the earth, and he made sure it was pretty deep. He dropped the seeds in the ground, and smiled as he covered them up. Seeds of my unrest hu? As he turned is his back, to take his bottle back up, he could almost hear the little seeds growing. The sun began to break over the city, and again his body began to grow tired again. Never thought I would see the sun again... This night seemed to last forever. A few more drinks for courage, and I’ll go do what I’ve got to... I’m coming to get you Liz.. I’ll see that yourtaken care of.

The Jack entity felt the power building within them, felt the old strength, felt the old power. This was the true magic, the first magic. Taught by the one who saw the first bird, who planted the first tree. Learned from the only one who could possibly have taught it. They raised their arms, and their lips parted in a slight smile as the words tumbled forth, as fresh in their mind now as the day they had been taught. Their singsong chant seemed to waft into nothing, yet ring from everywhere, and their voice grew stronger...

Like thunder their chant rolled across the unseen landscape of Jacks inner self, urging change, budding them fly free take back what was taken from them. With no more warning than a sudden sense of displacement, like trying to take that extra step up on a stair that wasn't there, they found them self in a different place entirely.

Everything they could see told them that tis was a place better suited to those who had never been meant to see freedom again. Eternally tumbling blocks of grey stone, portions of crumbling walls, even rusty and twisted iron barrs spoke of the oppressive nature of the environment and a thich haze seemed to lay across the ground like a sulking child after an exhausting tantrum. They don't need to see the energies anymore, they can feel them, can almost touch them as a physical thing there was such presence... unfortunately the energies lay in seperate locations.

By a single thought, a single act of their will, the combined entity of their souls becomes two once more, and they stand there for a moment. Two naked forms, one Lycan, one Vampire, and feel a deeper connection than mere words. Each now carried a bit of the other with them, carried a unique understanding of each others moods, thoughts, and motivations. Jack smiled softly at Anise, knowing now that she had always liked to see him smile, and nodded slightly before turning away to do what the had come all this way to accomplish.

He paced himself as he traveled, knowing Anise abhored running, and arrived at his destination precisely as she did hers, though y this time he had lost all track of her. What he had found, after dodging around more masonry and ironwork, animated torture equipment, and even a very friendly set of chains, was what looked like a perfect circle sunk into the non-existant ground, and circled round with three seemingly ancient rows of black stone. Within this chasm, which spanned further than Jack could comfortably leap lay a pool of brilliant white energy, shining and gleaming so brightly that Jack was dazzled even after he turned his back to it!

Their plan was pretty much a last ditch attempt, could easily kill them, and put the entire planet, let alone the city, at risk, but it was the best they could come up with between them. Thereby, sliding his furry feet backwards until the made contact with that black stone ring, judged the best time by his estimation, and then leapt up and back for all he was worth, his eyes closed, his arms outstretched, to land with a silent splash in the middle of the shining pool.

The effect was immediate, and telling. The sound of the demon of the blade screaming in rage was sweet music as it played through the area he occupied, and was only echoed by his own yowl of animalistic exertion. The pool burned, it froze, it crawled across his essence like a thousand spiders with lightning for legs and slashed at him like a papercut whirlwind. he screamed in pain, roared in ecstasy, bellowed in rage, and cried in shame. His very being was exploding, throbbing, everything felt alive, reborn. He felt himself die ten thousant times, and then opened his eyes to see his spirit reforged and then... then it was gone. He was, as he was. No longer though did he need to squint against the brightness. His eyes seemed perfectly accustomed to dealing with the pulsing scintillating illumination, and he could even see Anise, where she floated, suspended in the dark fluid of her well from the waist gown, just as he was suspended here, in his rippling little pool of shining power. In fact, truth be told... there was precious little else that he could see at this point in time... Only her, and the stream of power that was leading to the body beyond.

...

...

...?

Jack willled his left arm to lift, and was rewarded by the absolute knowledge that there was a vast swath of plaster now missing from the entry hall! He had control of the body, and Anise had completely ceased the flow of negative energy, which had been feeding and supporting the beast. Reaching through the sword, finding and flowing through the various energies and conduits available to seek out the traces of energies that marked the hateful Spirits hiding place. Swiveling the massive bulk of his head around, Jack was able to actually "see" his target, and grinned again. Metal it seemed, was only metal when the chips were down... Reaching to the floor, Jack directed the hulking synonym of himself to use the bit of lumber he had recovered to prod the tumbled and battered burnished steel figurine of a duck off into a corner for safe keeping.

"S-S-SSSTT-STA-AAA-AAYYYY" he said through his body, trying to see exactly what he could control from where he was. He could do it but he didn't care much for the result. In fact, he was truly tired of being a blundering monster as well. It was time to fix things. Reaching out, focusing his will on the task, the rapidly strengthening entity that was the spirit of Happy Jack began recalling the power that had been used to transform and armor his actual body.

Bit by bit, slowly at first, but growing faster as he became surer of his control, Jack withdrew the stolen power, and soon there was just Jack, the same as he had always been, slowly sliding... to the... floor... WAIT!!! Pushing just a bit of energy back into the body, Jack stopped the death that had been quickly approaching. He forgot that he wasn't actually IN his body at the moment, and a body without an energy, an active consciousness, or "spirit" as some would say, is dead. Period.

"Anise," he said quietly, he thunderous voice echoing from the very walls of the prison the sword truly was "I need to return to my body, but yours isn't here... You will be safe here in the blade, and you know I speak true. I will not forget what you did for me tonight... Ever." He then rose slowly up from the pool, his muscular form wreathed in power, as it floated up and turned to look at he once more, and flashed across the connection the sword held with his body, snapping into his own comprehension in the flickering of an eye, and collapsing to one knee from the shock of the transfer back to the physical world.

Blinking and shaking his head, Jack looked again at the sword he carried, knowing it intimately now, and sensing the presence of the dear lady Anise tucked away within it. Rising back to his feet, jack hunted around for a moment until he found a suitably sturdy impliment, then walked over and scooped the scorched duck figurine onto the bit of plywood he had found. "And who's been naughty?" he said, looking past the blackened metal to the coiled spectre within. Please it pleaded I know I did wrong... b...but I've learned so much from you! You are so strong, so noble! I want to be more like y "Shut the fuck up you sniveling little shit." Jack snapped, his voice low and dangerous, his eyes glowing with a sudden green lightning "I trusted you, and you betrayed me. You lose."

Walking toward the door to the basement, Jack could feel the energies of the still active spells and paused. Holding the plywood in one hand, carefull not to let the duck touch ANYTHING metallic, he reached out with his free hand and explored the energies, discovering what they were designed to do, and checking for any failsafes. He decided to leave all but two of them up, only locking them in a dormant state until needed. The two he wished gone he withdrew as balls of colored energy, one orange and the other an dark maroon shot through with silver streaks, and simply absorbed them into himself, adding their potential energies to the store already on hand, and then stepped theough the doorway.

Treading down the steps, Jack spent a few moments tormenting the spirit withing the metal before him, compressing its essense and then allowing it to recover, working on his finite control while getting in a bit of revenge. Once down to the lower level, Jack walked across to a particular section of wall and pressed the switch there, allowing the case beneath to rise into position. "Whaddaa think there sparky? This is your new home! An all glass capsule! Won't that be fun? I can drop you in, seal the hatch, lower the chamber, and lock you away until I want to torture you again! I like it! It's homey."

Putting deed to word, he upended the bit of rubble he had found, and allowed the small bit of metal to drop into the small chamber. Then, after sealing it and lowering i, just as he said he would, he went back upstairs. It's time to find your body my sweet..." he said softly glancing toward the blade he wore "Now if I were that Elf, where would I... Oh shit, there's only one place!" he finished with a laugh. "Lets go to the park my dark angel, that is the only place he know in the entire city, and the only place he has had a chance to put in anything resembling a defense. Now lets see if I can do this..."

Focusing inward, reacing for the part of hiself that had been bound to her the most securely, Jack smiled, and closed his eyes slowly, slowly fading from this place, using the shadows just as Anise had learned to do, and reappeared behind the hunched and distracted form of Bill where he sat drinking and wallowing in guilt. He could feel the presence of Anises body from here, safely tucked away within the earth, and smiled again, wider this time, for he knew just exactly hos much this was gonna scare the piss out of the Hunter... "Make a deal with ye Billy boy," he whispered, skimming the mans mind quickly to find the source of his guilt "You help me dig up Anise later tonight, and I'll help ya with the arrangements for Liz today."

Anise's voice rings out as its softer tone combines with Jacks in the chant of words that have come from the begining of time. Making a slow path around the crumbling walls, rusty twisted iron bars as Anise in hurry to make her way to the pool that overflows with dark mana. Mimicking the actions of Jack allows spirit form to simply flow into the pool of dark mana before the etheral substance overwhelms her spirit. Her own cry sounds off from the pain of trying to absorb the vast amount of untaped power. Then the image of her spirit slowly rising to hang midair above the pool as Anise gains control over the pools mana.

Raven hued tresses seemingly growing as the mana takes hold over her form slowly writhes as her hair seemingly grow then take on a life of their own. Shifting slightly as the mana casades downwards from Anise's feet. Turning to gaze upon Jacks form as he speaks of taking leave. The feeling of comfort is sent to Jack as Anise nods remaining silent.Trusting him completely Anise knows to simply bid her time as Jack finishes what Anise had started.A soft warm smile is expressed as the rare emotion of happiness etches its way across her pale face. Knowi.ng that safety within the blade had been achieved Anise merely waits. Watching Jacks spirit form slowly dissipate to take leave altogther as Anise can retain the ability to hear Jack from the realm of the living.

Anise's silent reply is a gentle dark glowing from the sword for one brief moment before gathering the dark mana once more causing it to fade slowly from around the Blade. Simply bidding her time till released Anise studies the new power as she remains within the safety of the blade. Taking notes as to the new level of power attained Anise making full use of the short time to study in solitude. Feeling the sensation of Jack finding the others is noted as Anise smiles. Knowing that now and only know her body will be safe. Smiling softly to herself as she realizes that most likely Morereg had moved her body to safety, That image brings a soft chuckle from Anise as the blade begins to glow dark once more as the mana writhes around the blade as if Anise had been thanking Morereg in the only way posible at the present moment. Laughter ringing out within the depths of the blade as Anise feels the sensation of Jack trying to startle Bill. A soft whispered thought reaching Jacks mind. Tsk Tsk Be nice to the man Jack.He made it through hell. We dont need a good ally to drop dead from you frightening the poor man now do we?

The Plot Thickens

Bill damn near jumps out of his skin. A back lash of hot, black and red energy passes between the two. Jack steps back, but only a step. As if preparing for battle with Bills mind. "Oh shit, Jack you dick. I thought you where dead man? Just what the fuck went loopy back at the house?" Guess Privet Murphy stepped in, and fuck it all up for you guys hu? "No plane survives the first 30 seconds of combat." "Hold on man, did you just talk in my head.. Look Jack, you stay the fuck out of there man, for your own good OK?" I've had physics try and dig their own brains out with a spoon, trying to get into my head. And Liz, that stuff isn't for him...

Bill stood on still shaky feet, caught more off guard then he has all night. His mind has always been a place the dark couldn't touch him. But now, in this new city, less then 24 hours. It seems all his defenses have been proven for the piece's of shit they are. He took another pull on his bottle, and offered it up to Jack.

"Yeah, sounds like a good deal to me Jack. I was just sitting here, thinking I was going to have to swim this lake. Trying to pull my War Chest with me. Are you sure it's safe to be just walking around out there? This city has me second guessing just about everything I know about... Well, no offense boss, the dark." His eyes did another quick change, and he could see a dark ore around Jack that hadn't been there before. "Hey, umm, Jack... It is you, the big Cat guy I meet last night right? Yeah, it's you, don't know how I know that.. But, something bad has happened to you bor.. Sure your up for a TCB'ing with me?"

The sun broke over the cityscape and washed it's shine over the Cat man and the human. "It's fitting you know? Her hair looked just like the sun shine, sometimes. I stayed sober, well, for the most part, because of her. She could see them too Jack. Thought it would protect her, thought it would keep her safe.. But this God Damn Alleviators I got around my neck!" He threw his now almost empty bottle into the air. Breaking it with one clean punch. All of this was done in one, seemingly effortless motion. His tough, bag worked knuckles, cracked the bottle as a hammer would. Slivers of glass filled the air for a few seconds, as Bill adjusted his sun glasses again. Lucky, the way he was, no blood or cuts could be seen. If any damage at all was done, it was to little to be taken into account.

"But all is for not, my friend." Bills winning smile was back on his face, as he picked up his coast. "Maybe cold, lest it's raining." The sun was destroying the chill from the night air. Bills saying seemed to lay like a just killed lie between the two men. Bill pulled his War chest over, took a look throw it, pulling out a silver necklaces. He kissed it, and slipped it into his coat pocket. He checked the load of his gun, pulling the slide back to ensure the chamber had a round, and stuffed it into his waist band at the center of his back. His boots cracked some, needing to be oiled bad, as he moved towards Jack. "I'm ready.. Best go and get this done now. Could be the cops will hold me when they find out I was at the station last night. Might even try to pen the bus blowing up on me? Since it was a trigger happy Cop that got them folks blown the fuck up. No matter where I go, I can always bet on the Cops covering their own asses."

The parks come's alive

Morereg shows everyone the park and then floats over to the lake and then down into the rock. He knows that he needs to rest for the coming battle and he know that it will come all to soon. So one last spell Tempus fugit (hours will pass in minutes). So he rests while with the rest of the party while the trees watch. He only needs a few hours of sleep While he know that the humans will need much more. But time for Morereg goes much faster and he thinks about the time with little grandmother. And the more he thinks about the spell the more that he knows that it not her that cast it. But he was sure that it was her spell matrix he knew it as he knew his own spells. As he thought about it he slowly mends the rips and cuts from the last battle hardly thinking about what he is doing. More to keep his hands busy than any thing else. Hours pass for Morereg while only a few minutes pass for the people in the park. And Moreregs mind floats back in time. Looking for information to destroy the sword and possibly save a person.

After almost 20 hours for Morereg can feel that there is something wrong. The trees.. Some one has teleported into the park the trees and bushes are going to intercept them. Morereg cautions the them to be careful. But the trees are alive now and they have been warned about the blade. They know it is dangerous, but they also know that the person holding it is possessed. As Morereg grabs his equipment he know that it is all ready too late the park has started its attack.

"Make a deal with ye Billy boy," he whispered, skimming the mans mind quickly to find the source of his guilt "You help me dig up Anise later tonight, and I'll help ya with the arrangements for Liz today."Bill damn near jumps out of his skin. A back lash of hot, black and red energy passes between the two. Jack steps back, but only a step. As if preparing for battle with Bills mind. "Oh shit, Jack you dick. I thought you where dead man? Just what the fuck went loopy back at the house?"
"Yeah, sounds like a good deal to me Jack. I was just sitting here, thinking I was going to have to swim this lake. Trying to pull my War Chest with me. Are you sure it's safe to be just walking around out there? This city has me second guessing just about everything I know about... Well, no offense boss, the dark."
His eyes did another quick change, and he could see a dark ore around Jack that hadn't been there before. "Hey, umm, Jack... It is you, the big Cat guy I meet last night right? Yeah, it's you, don't know how I know that.. But, something bad has happened to you bor.. Sure your up for a TCB'ing with me?"

Above the park rustles to life like the wind is starting to blow. Then the trees and bushes move much faster than even most people. But almost silently but not so silently that Jack cannot hear them. He looks around but sees nothing but the trees and bushes no vampires or lycan.

The problem lies not in the attack but in the attackers. Jack had been around trees, bushes, and asphalt for a long time. Mostly trees and plants grow and slowly at that. But looking at them now it is a different story. As branches whip like steel cables catching Jacks arms in there embrace. While roots of all sizes punch up from the earth enwrapping Jacks legs in there powerful grip. Even the very grass that Bill was laying on a few moment ago reaches up trying the grab a hold of Jack and pull him down. Jack can feel the powerful grip upon his sword arm as the trees try and force the sword from Jacks grip. And in that instant Jack knows that they could start growing into him as a unbleaveable pace and in the end leaving nothing behind except a few metal bits. Unknowing that Jack and Anise have gotten control of the swords former occupant and placed it within one of the labs tanks.

And Bill who even though is only feet away remains unharmed and the parks plants move to keep Bill safe by placing themselves between him and Jack.

Morereg quickly pulls on his equipment knowing that the sword is going to wreck havoc on both the park and the people.

Bushes move between Jack and Bill, he sees one know it all rose bush, push throw the ground and grow with in, reinforcing the knee high plants. "Jack!" Just when I thought I was getting a grip on things. This nice, safe park, starts coming alive! He can see the vines around Jacks sword arm are tingeing the most. He moves to help, but the bushes grow double their height. This has got to be one of Morga's protection spells. Bill turned, looking for the edge of the island he'd seen the Fay walk off. To his secret fucking hiding place I'm sure.

"MORERGE! Morga, where are you! These plants are going to kill Jack!" Maybe that's what Morga wants. He told me about that other blood sucker who hurt his kid.

"I gave it 10 minutes before the sun cam up then I let it die as the morning sun seared the very UN-life from his bones."

"Morga, Jack needs your help!"

"The bones were crushed into powder and his ashes and powered boned were pored into holy water and fed to an ooze. So that he may never be brought back to life."

"Morereg!"

"His soul was consigned to a death angel to be taken striate to the farthest depths of hell to be forever tortured by the most evil devils of hell until the end of time."

"Shit, where are you Homes!"

Bill turned to try and jump the hedge that was blocking him from Jack. But the hedge grew larger, and Bill found himself flat on his back. Another bush, just as tall as the others broke throw on his left. The speed of which, made the ground underneath him shake. Bill fell flat on his back as another blockade spring from the ground on his right. His boots flew into the air yet again, as the last one made it's way slowly up from the ground. Bills prison was now secured, as he head Jack thrashing just behind his bush and rose bars.

"Jack, be fucking quite man! Listen to me.. It's got to be the SWORD homes. Toss the damn thing, get rid of it! Toss The Fucking SWORD!"

Bill pulled his gun, but couldn't understand just what to shoot. Shooting a bush is like trying to stop the wind on an over pass. Does almost no fucking good at all! I think I've got a long blade knife in my War Chest, but where the fuck is it? "I can't get to ya Jack.."

Throwing the man a lopsided grin, Jack shook his head and apologized for startling him so, saying "I'm sorry man, that was just to good an opportunity to pass up. You okay? Yeah, sorry about thne house too there bubba. I got took, and it damn near cost us all. Little fucker didn't expect me to have friends though." The Werecat paused then for a moment to smile softly down at the blade that now hung at his hip before speaking again. "It's a whole new deal now though. I promise. We have control of it, and there will be no crass abuses such as there was at the house..."

His heightened senses, more accute than they had ever been, detected the rustling of leaves nearby. He reached out, searching for thelife form that had disturbed the foliage, but he could sense no life eneries... only anger.

Anise my dear, we may have a problem.

The Lynx listed to Bills sad tale, his normally noncommital stance shattered by the unrelenting crush of the man's situation. "Well," he said slowly, thinking of all the connections he had among the police and govenmental offices. "I'm not all too certain that you'll have a problem today. I'll see what I can do... Excuse me, won't you?"

The Cat had sensed movement now, alot of movement, and headed this way. Drawing the sword, he drew upon its energies, summoning his gleaming armor to him and reaching out at the same time to seek the cause of such a commotion. Ah... he could see it now. A single power connected all the life energies in this area. The trees, the grasses, the bushes, every form of plant life on the island. Morereg...

He did not struggle as the vines entrapped his limbs, did not fight as the foliage folded them selved around him. They could try to burrow and dig at the armor all they wished, there was no getting through. He had carefully sealed every point of his metallic shell, leaving no opening, and sealed his grip to the blade. He and the sword were one, and he would not be seperated from Anise...

Just beyond the roiling wall of leaf and wood, Jack can hear Bill screaming could sense the distress bubbling out of him, and smiled to himself. The man has known us less than a day, and is already trying to save our lives Anise... We always seem to find the strange ones, don't we. Reaching out, reaching for that furiously thrashing mentality he knew to be Bill, Jack sent a wave of calm feeling, of peace, as well as a message. We are fine Bill, relax. The plants hold no danger to us. When he shows up, which will be in just a few moments, tell the mage that we have solved the problem, and that he will release us or we wil release ourselves. We are remaining here now as a courtesy, nothing more. Also, we expect these plants returned to their original, non-guardian state, as well as any other preparations he might have set against us. Immediately.

Anise feeling that all is not right as Jack speaks of trouble simply sends another slight wave of dark arua to surround the blade then remains still trapted within the safety of the blade for the moment. Fearing that Morereg would try to destroy the blade brings the sudden emotion of fear to settle within Anise's soul. Knowing that such actions could seperate her spirit from her body with possible dire consequences. Feeling the sensation of the wildlife shifting as it seeks to entrapt Jack within ist leafy grasp. Anise simply sends the feeling of calm to Jack and bill as Anise tries to keep them calm.Pondering why the local vegation decided to attack. The demon gone and trapted by Jack leaves no threat from Jack.

This could get nasty.

Morereg fly out of the small island with his wards and mantels partially glowing in the night air. Looking down he sees Jack entangled and Bill protected from Jack and the demon sword. With a few words the bushes lower around Bill.

“Bill Back up I would not be too careful around Jack. He may look ok now but remember that he is possessed by the sword. So he has both the swords powers and his own.”

Morereg lands near Jack and pulls out what looks like large set of blacksmiths tongs. With thick black tar like stuff on the handles.

“Bill if this is Jack and he has control of him self and the sword than removing the sword will be easy.”

He pulls out of his pouch a large box. That looks made of several different materials. At least one being a blood red crystal and another being made of a thin layer of lead. The rest is hard to identify. But upon opening it is a totally empty box. With a large heavy latch on the front where a good sized lock could be placed. Looking over at Jack.

“Jack if you are in there and can hear me this is what I am going to do. I am going to take the blade and put it in this box. It is shielded against a creature controlling your mind. I am then going to cast 2 spells upon you. One is to dispel any latent control magic’s upon you the other will make you glow. If you do not tell the truth the blue glow will go out. And we will know that you are lying.”

This is the part that he always hates. It is extremely dangerous the weapon could have various ranged defensive magic or it could have the ability to D-door or teleport and surprise them with one of its powers. And while Jack “LOOKED” in control that could just be a ruse to draw him closer.

“Ok Bill, it is possible that this is Jack on the other hand it could be the demon from earlier. I do not know who it is! So when I place the blade in the box you make sure and close the tight. Then I will cast the spells and see what happens from there. OK.”

Morereg slowly goes over to the blade and with 4’ tongs he slowly reaches for the blade to try and take it from Jacks bound arm…

Once again, Bills mind was being pulled apart by the magic surrounding him. He began to hear Jack's voice in his mind, when he hit the floor in pain. Blood shot out of his noise, and his head began to pound. This must be how the fucking judge felt in "Scanners"! The pulse grew, and flowed throw the connection in his mind. Throw the waves of telepathy Jack's mind was assaulted. Unknown to Jack, or even Bill, a fail safe had been triggered in Bills mind.

Throw Bills own privet house of pain, he could make out the sound of Morga far away.

“Bill if this is Jack and he has control of him self and the sword than removing the sword will be easy.”

It is jack, you stupid fucking Hobbit! Help the guy out... If you don't, I might not ever find out what he, or Anise knows of my curse. He body jerked uncontrollably, as the flow of blood became a small river. He could taste blood, and feel his mind being squeezed in on it's self. The pain grew more intense, pumping throw him, and throw Jack. He began to pick up bits and pieces of the story he hadn't know till now. The link between the damned man, and the Cat, feeding unknown things into his mind. Anise, doing something to help free Jack from a cage. A kiss shared between the too. Way to personal and at any other time, Bill might have blushed and turned away. But his mind was being assaulted, and he had no choice. The sword flashed, the sad, misunderstood look she had given him back at the house. Completing the thought, he saw the bars of Jack's cage again. Then the squeezing of his brain was gone. And Bill was left in a world of pain.. As if on another planet, he could hear Morga talking franticly.

“Jack if you are in there and can hear me this is what I am going to do. I am going to take the blade and put it in this box. It is shielded against a creature controlling your mind. I am then going to cast 2 spells upon you. One is to dispel any latent control magic's upon you the other will make you glow. If you do not tell the truth the blue glow will go out. And we will know that you are lying.”

The words came in, filled his head, and fell out just as quick.

I think there is something wrong here.. With Anise. Something with the sword.

Bill tried to stand, but he knees buckled under him. His stomach cramped up as he fell to the earth for a second time. His golden eyes burned in his skull, and shined to cut throw the early dawning day light. Again his eyes did another double take, and he saw Anise face, against the sword. In the same unknown way he had known Liz was in trouble, he knew the same now. And putting the pictures that had slammed into his mind together. Understanding dawned in his still, damaged mind. She's trapped, in the sword. It took Jack over, and she gave herself to get him out.

“Ok Bill, it is possible that this is Jack on the other hand it could be the demon from earlier. I do not know who it is! So when I place the blade in the box you make sure and close the tight. Then I will cast the spells and see what happens from there. OK.”

"Morga...", Bills tried to scream, but his words came out as soft, and feeble. "Morereg... it's Jack... Anise... Sword." The world began to spin, his breath was low and light. He tried hard not to think about how soft, and nice this grass felt. He pulled at his pockets, trying in vine to get the silver St. Judd from his pocket. His burning eyes saw the Elf charging up. Since the bushes lowered themselves, Morga hadn't taken his eyes off Jack or the Sword. Man, am I a lost cause, or what? All these powerful people around me, and here I am... Fading to bllllaaaack..

:: OOC Sorry about being so late guys. Hope my twist adds a little something, to make the wait worth wild. ::

Bastion

Jack's hopes for a peaceful solution seemed to be fading fast. He heard the dim voice of the Elf, but heard nothing from Bill. Why? Was something wrong? Did he wish to thwart the Werecat in some way? reaching out, he quested gently, allowing the feelings of those nearby to flow over him. He could easily sense Moreregs combination of fear, concern, and excitement, but from Bill all he sensed was panic and pain... Something was definitely wrong!

Pulling from the vast storehouse of positive energies housed within the blade once more, Jack drove his will against the plants that held him, seeking to force them back, seeking freedom. When this didn't work, and not knowing how much time he had to work with, the Lynx pulled the energies into himself once more and then blasted outwards, sending broken branches, twigs, and swirling leaves flying in every direction as a wave of pure energy pulsed outward in all directions! He stood then, unharmed, fully armored in his shining plate, and looking hard at the stunned mage from the clean center of a blasted circle, and said "No, Morereg, you will not. To touch this blade now, or to attempt taking it from me, will result in your death at my hands, and I am certain that neither of us wishes that. Now what's the matter with Bill?"

The balls in your court bud…shoot!

Morereg watches first as the sword is glowing and then Bill faints or is enspelled. And then Jacks body blasts through the plants holding him. He stood then, unharmed, fully armored in his shining plate, and looking hard at the stunned mage from the clean center of a blasted circle, and said

"No, Morereg, you will not. To touch this blade now, or to attempt taking it from me, will result in your death at my hands, and I am certain that neither of us wishes that. Now what's the matter with Bill?"

“Well Jack it is like this. You can either surrender the sword temporarily and I can make sure that you are not still possessed. Or I will make sure that that the sword is unmade. Now if that requires that you be totally destroyed…. So be it. As to what happened to Bill I am sure that is more than obvious your sword has enspelled him. “

Morereg does not for once take his eyes off of Jack and that sword. And he sends out a silent summons to the noble elementals that he summoned earlier. And at the lake four living waves of water rise up out of the lake, The light wind that was blowing seems to come to a standstill as living air elementals gather, and out of the earth rocks shaped like huge men slowly climb out of the earth.

“Jack if that is who your really are. Here in this place I have you more than outclassed here you cannot win regardless of how much power you have. Had I wished to do so you would have all ready been unmade! But to do that I would need to destroy Jacks body along with your own. Now we can do this the easy way and find out who you really are. Or I can just assume that you are the sword and a creature that needs to be destroyed and I will do so. IF it takes Bills death to do so I will accept that, because I can always bring him back to life. Can the same be said of your metal shell? “

Morereg gives the creature that is within Jacks body the look that it is entirely possible to totally destroy him as well as the sword.

“Now if this is the real Jack do not you think that all of this posturing is a bit much. All I am requesting is to make sure that it actual you. Now if you want to see exactly who has the biggest dick. Because you have 6 noble air elementals, 6 noble earth elementals, 4 noble water elementals and a time elemental that you will need to deal with all at once. That does not include the fact that you are going to need to deal with me at the same time. And everything that I can put on the field. So if you want to push it then LETS PLAY..”

With that Morereg fly up into the air wards snapping up around the mage like armor. And glowing runes appearing around his body. The staff flies up to meet him as he drops the tongs near the box.

“But if you come to your senses then place the sword in the box and I will cast the spells. You or the sword will not be harmed. The box is a prison not a way to destroy it. As a friend of mine likes to say “The balls in your court bud…shoot!”

With that Morereg waits to see what the creature is going to do. Knowing that the creature is going to attack him as it did Bill. He is ready to dodge at a moments notice.

(OOC with the way that you are acting and the fact that you said that Morereg cannot magical find out about the sword. The only thing that that I can think of is that you are still possessed. Morereg does not want to harm you, but if that is what is required then he will with no qualms. As far as bill fainting the sword is glowing black and Bill faints. Along with you ripping out of the plants with energy and such. That looks very guilty. So remember I am playing with the information that you have said and the fact that he did not know what happened in the house with the sword.)

(ooc:Thats fine dude, I knew that when I wrote it! ;) See, kind of alot has happened in Jacks world, and he had forgotten that you guys needed an update. Then when he tried, his chosen courier went and blew a gasket! lol)

Jack smiled calmly up at the glowing, battle-ready mage, and sheathed his glowing blade with a nod, his silvery armor turning to vapor around him and swirling away in the whipping wind. He stands there, feet planted, arms crossed, his furred frame naked to the elements, and an aire of calm emanating from him. "Cast your spells then Blackthorn, I will not stop you, but I cannot let you part me from the blade, not even for the amount of time it would take to ease your mind. It holds the spirit and power of one I call friend, and who thought she would have to give her life to save mine, yet did it anyway. I own her the same."

He looked around at the elemental lords, their positive energies and true resonance showing clearly in his enhanced vision, and nodded to each in turn, at last ending his turn facing the Elf once more, and idly tracing the energies that he had bound to himself. His power was great, yes, and if they had fought, then it may have been a truly titanic battle, easily destroying half this city, and killing thousands. This would not happen. "Come on down here ya pointy-eared Planestomper, I trapped the demon that controlled me, though it took both Anise and I combined to do so, and I have didn't do anything to Bill except try to tell him this very fact so you wouldn't freak out like this. Now hurry the hell up so we can see what the fuck is wrong with the boy, preferably before he dies on us, yeah?"

Im still with you guys, ^^ Not much for me to post at the present time xecpt Anise trapt and sitting looking pretty....Hmm can an undead actually look that way? lol jk great para btw.^^)

Morereg looks at Jack or the creature that is calling himself Jack smiling up at Morereg sheathing the blade. And then in a tone that he knows that the creature is lying. He quickly casts darklights weapons warp spell and floats down to the ground. Right in front of Jack the wards and runes still glowing.

“Ok. Jack you know just as well as I do that there is link between you and the sword. Next even if I did cast the spells the sword would just gain power sheathed or not sheathed. Do you think I am stupid? It might have worked on a lesser mage but not on me. Next Bill is perfectly fine and yet you keep insisting that he is going to die. So if you are going to stick that sword through me now is the time.
Because you are not Jack even though you call yourself by his name second you will not find Anise as she is under my protection for the moment.”

But Morereg looks at Jack and his smiling face and then at the sword. He then casts his spell…. Time stop. And around the group time comes to a stop for all within except Morereg. And he picks up the tongs and lifts the sword out of the sheath and moves it carefully to the box closing the lid and wizard locking the case. While the sword will not be damaged in the box the lead lining and the gorgons blood crystal with stop it from being able to influence or even talk out of the box. No magic or energy can leave the box. Basically putting the sword into a sensory deprivation tank. They’re by stopping it from controlling Jack in anyway or Jack from controlling it.

He then casts the spell to remove compulsions and controls from Jacks mind. Knowing that he needs to wait to cast the truth spell. Because the dispel needs time to work. He steps back and looks around to see Jack in the middle of a blink, a small piece of earth caught in mid fall. Then just as suddenly time comes back. And the disenchantment flows over and through Jacks body tingling and itching like a billion ants crawling all over his body at once. Morereg can see the aura of the spell glowing around his body leaving no compulsions, charms or controlling magic of any kind.

“Jack I am going to cast the truth spell now to make sure that you are totally clear of the creature.”

Morereg casts the spell and Jack lights up with a nice blue glow.

“Are you Jack?”

(OOC I guess she can. I never thought of a undead in a sword sitting pritty thought. :) )

The world goes dime for Bill, as a inky blackens takes over his tired mind. He's taken back to the night of his last fight...

Sweat rolls down Bills face, and into his eyes, as the adrenaline flows throw his body. The highs as his body preparing for a fight was better then anything. Better then cocaine, H, or any other drug a man could take. But the down after was almost heart breaking. His eyes was swollen, noise broken, again. He moan quietly as he took a breath. Bet I've gotten at least one bruised, if not broken, rib.. The Doctors told me not to worry, and to go easy the next six weeks. He held his head in his hands as the waves of shock passed over him. For three months, his trainer Smokey had been telling him about Jefferson's body shots. "You've got to build that body of yours up Casino. Or Jefferson's going to trite you like a chump." To bad it had been a left cross the won Jefferson the fight. Fucking hell Smokey.

The door to the locker room opened, and in walked Kari. Her dark golden hair had a red under tone to it. A form any man would be proud to own, with a bit more round the back then in the front. "You gave it your best kid.." He smile was understanding. "But your still young, a few more Golden Glove fights, another 3 years, you'll be fighting with the best." "I'm just glad to hear you not dropping me?", Bill gave his own smile back. As his lips stretched, blood broke anew from the corner of his mouth.

Kari had found Bill slaving away in a south east gym, with the rest of the dock side scum. His left hook and be deadly, but his right upper cut would send you home in a body bag. He hadn't even been on any official circuit. Fighting most of his fights under ground and illegal. The kind of matches Mobsters, beer drinking dock workers, and other despots, enjoyed. Fights like that most likely ended corers, not started them. But Kari Murphy's father had started the same way. Killer Murphy had gone on to be a staple in the South side. And passes his gym and legacy on to his only daughter. She owed it to him, and his memory to come down here every now and then, and scout talent. If nothing else, they always made for good warm bodies to put in the ring.

And she hit the jack pot when she came in and saw Bill McCun. His thick, square jaw, and devastating blue eyes. Always made him the best looking in the ring. He didn't have the ape like brow most fighter had. Or maybe it was something else? Bill wasn't a normal boxer. He didn't blow his money on booze, woman, cars, and clothes. He still dressed like he was a simple dock worker, and not the next big thing. A Jones J. R., without the need to prove himself to anyone out of the ring. And he had a very Irish last night. Didn't matter his mother was almost full blood Choctaw. He looked white, and them baby blue eyes... Maybe Kari was a little in love with him? Maybe his rough hands on the top of her hair reminded her of her father? Maybe she was just a sucker for an Irish man in shorts? And if she was, so what? That woman he was with now, was not good for him. Kari knew it had been her, that had not been giving Bill her messages. And Kari believed she had been the resin he lost this fight.

He owed Kari Murphy a lot, and her old man, dead or not. He would still be getting his head beaten in, for extra milk money for the girls. If she hadn't come down, seen him fight, and hooked him up with Smokey. Over the last three years Kari had become like a sister to him. Calling him every night to make sure he'd eaten well, and to talk about training, or his sisters. She was pretty but way out of his league he felt. Yeah sure, he old man had been the toughest guy on the Easter sea born. But she had grown up with a silver spoon in her mouth. Murphy's Gym had been the spot to train and be discovered for more then 30 years. 10, of the last heavy weight champs had spent time in Murphy's hollowed halls. And Killer being the shrewd man he was, had gotten 30% off the top for the first 3 years they where on top. A suckers deal, tell you learned that saying his name almost guarantied the big pay days. Her BMW told him there was nothing a low level pro Gold Glover could give her.

"No way am I ready to get rid of you Billy boy. Your going to top, and were coming with you." She moved behind him and began working his large shoulders. Such a handsome man he was. Tone, well formed, and that smile of his. His teeth where straight, almost freakishly so. For a man who had grown up with almost no underwear in the cold. She could have swore he had had braces. It was a bit lop sided because of the swelling from the fight. But it only gave him more of a boyish look. She lend into his ear, "Your going to go far Bill.. You just stick with me kid." And with that she kissed his ear.

He turned in shock, and she lend in, and kissed his mouth. He began to pull away from her, but she only crawled up onto the table after him. He was lost to the smell of Honey Suckle. His body became limp, as he hand wondered all over his bare chest. He looked into her eyes, so blue that he felt he could live in their cool gaze forever. As he felt her hand move lower, and lower, past his shorts.. The world grew red, dark red, blood red, and he was gone.

Bill came back to the real world, or so he called it. Morga stood, powered up, questioning Jack, with a blue thing in his hand. He wasn't sure how much time had passed, but he got the feeling something had been wrong with it.

"Morga, it's Jack, I can see him, I can tell."

Bill sat back down, and pulled a smoke from his coat pocket. To much, way to soon after such a shitty night.. Bill was beginning to feel the strain of being around such powerful people. Attacks he couldn't see coming, rest for all, but his poor human self who needed it most. The weight of the world hung on him, or so it felt. And still, this would not be the hardest part of the day.

"You know what Morga, why don't you just fucking kill him... The Kill me, kill Anise, kill the strange girl, where ever she is... Then kill yourself. Let's just end it all right here, right now? I mean none of us trust each other.. Hell, the only resin it seems I do is because there's not much I can do to hurt any of you... Why not put a fucking spell, throw his heart. RIGHT NOW!"

They thought Bill was loosing it, big time. So did he, but the Damned man was tougher then even he knew he was.

"Or, you can take him at his word, take me at mine, and STAND DOWN homes.. I know this your home, I understand wanting to protect it.. But trust me Morga, if not him. Stand down, and lets talk... There is so much we need to talk about. So much I need to understand. Because if I can't get any help with this thing I've got from you guys... I'm on the next fucking thing smoking.. On offense, but it ant easy being green around you guys..."

Bill came back to the real world, or so he called it. Morga stood, powered up, questioning Jack, with a blue thing in his hand. He wasn't sure how much time had passed, but he got the feeling something had been wrong with it.

"Morga, it's Jack, I can see him, I can tell."

Morereg looks over at Bill with the sword in the box and the enhancement dispelled, Bill awakens. Morereg can only think that the sword defiantly had something to do with Bill’s sleep time. Keeps a eye on Jack he lissens to Bills rants.

Morereg looks at Bill his eyes questioning what bill is yelling about. Then he starts to understand. Bill has been pushed to the limits of his sanity. There is too much that has been going to fast for his mind to keep up with let alone comprehend on any kind of meaningful level. He had seen it before in adventures who had reached there limit and snapped mentally because the strain was to great for them to handle. Hell he had seen many a mage never get any better because they had gotten afraid of the power that they could channel. And that fear stopped them from ever getting better. He would need to explain this as simply as possible.

“Bill I am not trying to kill Jack I am trying to make sure he is safe. When items are given a mind sometimes they are given a soul as well. And that item or soul can sometimes be evil. That soul can sometimes supplant to bodies own soul or even destroy it totally. I am trying to make sure that Jack’s soul is there and not the creature that was in the house with us. Because that Demon could consume our souls. And I do not want that to happen. Normally I would cast a few spells and find out the information that I need. But the sword has a field that stops me from finding out that information. So the only way for me to find out is direct confrontation. Is it a easy thing to do.. no.. But it still needs to be done to find out weather this is the demon or not.. Because the sword glowed and you passed out, that says to me that the sword had some influence on you. So now we question Jack a bit to make sure it is him. IF I was in his possession I would expect the same thing. Because possession by an entity is a very nasty thing and I do not want to see a creature like that let out into the multiverse.”

With that all of the elementals but one earth elemental who walks over to the box and holds it fade back into there one environments. Leaving nothing behind to show that they were ever there. He then looks over at Jack and motions him to sit.

“Shall we talk for a bit to make sure that we are both on the level? Or do we turn the city and all within it into a glass lake?”

(OOC From a character perspective it looks like as soon as the swords magic was dispelled Bill came back awake. All I can say it that it looks very odd.

P.S. Morereg has no intension of keeping the sword. Once it is proven to him that you were in control the sword is yours without a thought. I have been in several partys where the item has taken over the character and then tried to get the party killed. So with something this powerful he is ot taking any chances.)
