Other so-called "natural methods" of birth control involve monitoring the woman's internal temperature very accurately over a period of time on a calendar that you also chart her cycle on. IF, and I repeat IF you do it extremely accurately and the exact same time of the day and everything perfect, you should see a small rise in her temperature just before she ovulates. The other method involves watching for the appearance of a mucus plug that signifies that ovulation has occurred. Both of these are not fail safes, and are difficult to do accurately and you should contact a medical professional (or the local planned parenthood) for more detailed information.
