i've heard real bad horror stories about surgery - even if none of them are true they scare the fuck out of me. the length one where you cut the root apparently makes you lose your natural upness - when really aroused your penis should point up not straight out and with the surgery it points right at your feet and the girth one apparently because it is only fat you are injecting it will eventually (after about a year) get absorbed into the blood stream leaving you with a weird shape to your cock because the fat will not leave you all at once and so you will have still deposits there and a weird shape. hope i've scared a few people - never go for the surgery.

You're still young, I wouldn't try taking steps to "improve" your penis at this point. I personally prefer average penises. I dated a guy that was around 8 inches and it could be a little painful in some positions. Plus I can do more stuff with an "average" penis (like deep throating and anal...definitely not as easy with a much larger one). The thing that will help you please girls more is to gain some confidence, don't be afraid to use new moves, try different stroking styles, and to ask for her input.
