I think it depends totally on the person. What do YOU want from the piercing?

to be honest i'm not sure what i'm looking for. looken for a thrill and excitement i guess. also looken for some advice...a friend of mine clames she wants to get the end of my dick pearced and have a charm or something marking me as hers...actually i don't know what that would even look like but i'm sure it would hurt a bit.

You might have good luck if you google 'penis piercing' (that's how you spell it). You can also google 'site:literotica.com cock piercing' and see what's been discussed in the past here. There's certainly a lot of information out there on this topic, and I'm guessing the misspelling is part of the reason why you haven't found it yet.

Whatever you do, make sure you're getting the piercing for YOU alone, not a friend, lover or significant other. If you're not really into doing it for your own enjoyment, then don't do it at all. Relationships die all the time; you don't want to be stuck with something like a tattoo or piercing you don't like just because a friend thought it'd be fun or wanted an ego boost.

About a decade ago, I had my right nipple pierced for a practical reason: I wanted a lot more sensitivity than I was getting out of unpierced nipples and my then-g/f's hands were cramping from the amount of pressure I liked. Getting the piercing was good, though I'd have chosen a better piercer were I to have it all to do over again. I've got a little scarring at the edges, but not enough to make a big difference. And yes, it feels ~much~ better when it gets squeezed/sucked/played with.
