Married into the mob (closed)

"You're going to meet the people that I'm with. It's best you know where everything lies if you're going to be with me." He could feel her fear, her hand trembled and he gripped it a little tighter, not to steady her, but to show his power over her.

When they arrived in front of the club a bouncer opened the door and out the Blood King stepped and out came Zita. The club had a bright neon sign over it showing a cream tipped banana as an obvious sexual innuendo. The bouncer immediately opened the door for them and the music flood out. The place was hopping and the music blared. There were dozens of people dancing with it, but there was a balcony, a VIP area that overlooked the dance floor where his associates were waiting for them. When they saw the Blood King they all stood up in respect with bright smiles and buttoned up suits and shook his hand then looked at Zita with a bit of disdain, but said nothing to her or him.

She tried to pull her hand away only to feel her grip it tighter, she glance up nervously and nodded as she did not trust her own voice.

Zita followed The Blood King silently as she look up at the club and its sign which made her more uneasy. She winces at the loud noise as the bouncer open the door, she look around trying to examine the place carefully as they entered. She look at the group of men that suddenly stood up,she could feel them staring at her with disdain. But she kept quiet and stayed by the Blood King, she didnt dare utter a word without his say so, knowing he was not a man you want to humiliate in public

The Blood King met with his associates and they sat down with their ladies sitting either next to them or sitting on their lap. He sat down in a empty chair then pulled Zita's hand to have her sit on his lap. She really didn't have a choice in that as there was only one seat, only for him. With her sitting there his hands were around her waist.

There was Slim McGee, a new associate. His 'wife' was a real tart, English with obivous fake breasts and liposuction and bleach blonde hair. Not that all appealing to begin with, but McGee was a heavy pusher of imported goods.

Arnold Tool, he was a real tool. He was a weapons smuggler with another tart of a wife who was already drunk.

Steven Vince was the youngest out of them at 30 with a lovely looking wife that he fawned over greatly. They couldn't keep their hands off of each other, but when the Blood King graced them with his presence all their eyes focused on him.

Zita gasps as The Blood King suddenly pull her over his lap, blushing as she never done something so bold in her life. She looked away, blushing as she felt his hands around a waist a reminder she was now his woman. She glance at the men and the wives and did her best avoid eye contact with her own man. She tried to stay calm though she could feel her own heart beat rining in her ears as she was so nervous.

She forced herself to smile at the others knowing the wrong action would have severe consequence, it was so odd to be at the table of her family enemies. She wondered if the men knew that their bosses plan to marry her and build a life with her as a family. She was sure their would view it as betrayal

They knew who she was, who her father was. At first they were taken aback that he would have her, but he was serious as he held her tight. Their eyes bore holes through her. He called for a drink and a hostees came by with a paper for their order, "Whiskey" he said then looked up at Zita, "You?"

She wasn't old enough to be at the club, but the rules didn't matter anymore. Out of the corner of her eye Zita could see Vince's wife, Stacy, stroking her husband's chest hard while staring at her with contempt.

Zita tense up at the way the men looked at her, fearing they be killed by his men. Blink looks back surprised as he bothered asking her: " Cranberry Vodka, please..."
She glance at the them and wondered why the hell she give her that look since the woman had her own man but then again he was The Blood King. She tried herself to not draw attention as it was business matter and didnt care to be the one to piss her future husband off at this important meeting*

She tense up feeling his firm grip on her waist, she knew she would be unable to break away even if she tried as he was much strong and bigger than her. It felt so odd and embarrassing to be sitting on the lap of the deadliest man alive like a doll*

He forced her to sit on his lap, even felt the bulge grow. When the drinks came he took his then asked for to stand up, "We got business to talk about. You stay here with the girls and have some fun. We'll be in the back," he forgot to mention the fact that he had a tab with the club, so she could order all she wanted. But when the men left the women were quick to gather around Zita and ask questions, but knew never to touch her. They couldn't understand, not excessively pretty, no big boobs or ass, why her?" Stacy looked at her and scoffed muttering, "Flat as a pancake."

Zita turn beet red feeling his bulge grown under her and looks back at him startled as she remembered the night with all the other women and complain her was flacid. She quicklty stood up as he asked and nodded: " alright...i'll wait here..." *She sipped her drink before turning to the ladies if you could call them that. She blink as they bombed her with endless question and simple stated, she was now his woman. Avoiding answering all the dirty sexual questions*

She looks at Stacy and smiled: " And yet still better than you"

Stacy's eyes flared, but she couldn't do anything about it. She drank from her gkass and walked away whime the other women continued to look her over with one asking, "What's it like living in his place? I heard that it's huge."

Another asked,"Did you make Scarlett your bitch yet? Or is she sleeping with him? Honestly, she stays around him so much she's either married or she's his pet."

"Maybe both" Stacy spat causing the others to laugh.

Zita smiles at Stacy :" Its an amazing place, the man has wonderful taste...everything about him is "huge" *she didnt know why she added that last bit but the look on Stacy's face made it worth it*

She pushed back her long raven hair before looking at the woman: 'dont you worry your pretty head about Scarlett, dear...Are you jealous, dear? But then again, its understandable since you will 'never' have an opportunity to be so close to The Blood King as both of us..."

"Scarlett is his assistant and quite an accomplish woman, more than you will ever be in your lifetime...But i be sure to inform my man of your compliments to Scarlett. After all we all know how The Blood King enjoys when his ppl are disrespected...after all to insult his own is an insult to him, personally" *smiles as she finishes her drink*

Stacy's lips curled back in disgust. She wanted to tear this woman apart, but every glance at her with that smug grin silently told her that she was unassailable. All she could do was take it while the other girls giggled at her embarrassment.

What they didn't know what was happening in the next room, the associates sat around a small circular table with their drinks and smoking cigars. The Blood King sat with his hands interlocked behind his head as each one of them told the good news about more income coming their way, how police and attorneys were being bought out or swearing their allegiance to him. It was going out less bloody than he had pictured it. Once Zita's father was gone, the others fell like dominoes. Now virtually the entire city was under his thumb.

"We did have some problems with the street gangs," one of them said, "We caught several dealers trying to traffic drugs to one of the High Schools." That went against his rules. Soft drugs like marijuana for fine if you're at the legal age, but cocaine and heroine were not. "We're holding them until you give the word."

"Skin them," the Blood King said coldly, "I want them hung on their street to show them. Then I want their suppliers round up and their homes crushed," taking a long sip from his drink. "I told those fools 'no kids' they think they can work behind my back?"

None of the associates said anything, but agreed with him. The street gangs were a problem. "Wipe them out" The Blood King said, "All of them."

The associates felt a cold shiver roll up their spines. It was going to be bloodless, but now examples needed to be made.

"Sir, if I may ask," asked one, "What about Zita? I mean, why have her at all?"

The Blood King explained simply, "I'm going to be rubbing it in the face of all of those that knew her father that with her everything will end. From their ashes will come a new empire, one that cares for the people, protects them, and won't just line their pockets with their money to feed themselves. I want money going into hospitals, day cares, schools, soup kitchens, homeless shelters. If we're going to hold on to anything in this city we must win the hearts and minds of the people. If we give them everything they need, then they will be for us, they will protect us just as much as we protect them. Zita's father never understood that. He stole their money and made homes and cars and killed those that stole from him to give to the people." He was seeing himself as a modern day Robin Hood, but there was no honor in his tactics and his displays of examples.

Zita smiled at Stacy knowing the dumb bimbo couldn't do anything since she was The Blood King's woman. She left the conversation to that as she sat down on one of the free couch as she set her empty glass down. She honestly wanted more to drink but didn't know want the Blood King end up with a tab to pay for her. She chit chatted with a few of the women and avoided answering personal questions.

She accepted the glasses from one of the women as it avoided going to the bar. She manage a few civilized chats as she glance to Stacy from time to time. She enjoyed sending a few winks in her direction as she waited for her Blood King to return to the room. She honestly began feeling tired ass he was so stressed from everything that was happening. She was eager to return to that soft bed only to end up wondering where would he be sleeping tonight. The idea of shaking a bed terrified her but decided at worse she could sleep on the couch or another rooom.

The men took their time. The Blood King listened to their reports as well as recommendations for other endeavors. He was the mayor of the city, even the voted mayor had to report to him. "There are also garbage collectors striking about low pay," said another man to which he scoffed, "They're already paid more than the police. Half of them don't even work and they still get a paycheck!"

"Fire them" the Blood King said.

"All of them?"

"All of them" he nodded. "If they want to act like children, then we'll get people who need a paycheck. I want all of them gone by the end of the week with a new crew."

"What if they protest?" asked another.

"Then we'll sic the police on them. I'm fed up with people thinking they can get money for doing nothing. This end today. Also, those on welfare checks and don't do anything, go through them and get rid of those lazy bums."

"Sir, most of them are elderly or too disabled to anything," an associate spoke up to which he felt the cold star of the Blood King that froze him in place.

"I know what," the boss nodded, "But those idiots, those leaches, that have seven kids and don't do anything, I want them gone."

They felt a shiver as to what that meant for them to do. It was sick, twisted. Though each of them desired to see such leaches removed from the teat of the government, they couldn't kill them.

Zita sat with the women as they gossip endlessly, she honestly felt her IQ dropping by the minute. She found herself often glancing at her watch, she swore her watch was going backward as it felt so long and boring. The lack of booze made her day even longer but then again she doubted he appreciate bringing her home drunk.

She glance at the door of the men and started to wonder what he was honestly doing there, it was frightening to think he had so much power over people lives. She wanted to run away but doubted she end up far before being dragged back to him to suffer the consequence. She didn't want to stay but felt as if she had no where to go, she was sure he have the resources to find her. ot mention, he expected it from her, she need to escape when he least expected.

She smiles and thank one of the ladies that brought her a drink, sippping it as she slowly moved away from the yapping women. She quietly made her way to the terrase. Sippping the wine as she look at the view as she leaned against the frame, looking out as she wonder what would she be doing at this very moment if the Blood king did not enter her life.

She jumped up startled by the voice of a man that was standing beside her as he complemented the view. She turn to the man and smiled
Steve smiled and extended his hand to her and he introduce himself as John. She shook his hand: " I am Zita"
The man was taller than her but not as tall as The Blood King, fit, blond hair in a small ponytail and had blue eyes, wearing black pants and blue shirt with a friendly smile: "So never seen you here...love the dress..."
Zita smiled at him: " Its my first time here...thank you..." *For the first time forgetting the blood king and feeling as just a normal outing*

They began to talk casually and laughing with the young man that was closer to her age as they talk of careers and plans
She was unaware that Stacy was video tapping and taking their pictures of them casually talk and texting it to her man saying Zita was getting friendly with another man that was her age. Making it sound like Zita would easily cheat in The Blood King's back in front of ppl knowing the chaos it would cause. Stacy giggles with the girls and suggested they send it to all their men knowing The Blood Kind would find out soon*

When the Blood King dismissed the meeting there was a brief pause to finish off their cigars and whiskey before leaving the room one by one. Steve was still chatting with Zita, his eyes focused on her with the bimbos all in the corner whispering to one another and looking at her and then at the door when the men came out. Now they knew something big was about to take place. When the Blood King stepped out, they felt their hearts skip a beat as his eyes locked on to the man talking to his woman and stepped forward then grasped her by the back of the dress and pulled her back sharply then wrapped a firm arm around her neck and pulled her close to my body showing that she was mine. "Who are you?" he demanded. The other men of the group stepped forward suspecting trouble about to unfold.

"I'm Steven Valentine..." the stranger introduced himself.

Steven Valentine was the son of one of the Don's, the Valentine Family. They were on the north end of town, a large and prosperous family, but they were one of the first to submit to the Blood King and avoid violence. He offered his hand to shake and to his surprise the Blood King shook it firmly.

"I was just talking to Zita here...." Steven tried to say as the man's cold eyes bore through him like a drill.

Zita didnt even notice they came out of their meeting as she was enjoying talking to Steve, feeling normal and not lost and confused. It was good to make a friend to talk about school and work and even activities and funny school moments.
She let out a gasps as she fells pulled back suddenly to find The Blood King arm around her neck and pull her to him which was a reminder she was his woman. Winces at the tone of his voice as he spoke to her new friend.

She turn to the Blood King: " We were talking about school and the classes he was taking. He actually going to the same school as my friend Sandra Mc Klaine" *Turns to Steven smiling* " You know she is considering studying in your field actually...you might actually meet her...She is so sweet, i think you guys make great friends" *It was obvious that Zita was naturally friendly, kind and maybe even a bit naive when it came to their world which could a great skill for alliances"

Zita smiles at Steven: " Steven , i'd like you to meet Mr.Donny Cecelia, his...umm....*didnt know how to introduce him as she refuse introduce him as her fiance since they soon to marry* " ....in town...for...business...." *Force a smile*

Steven looked at the Blood King with wide eyes, his face lost the blood. He knew who he was, but tried to remain friendly. "Yeah. We were going over classes. Zita was actually thinking of going to school with us. The classes there are just what she needs. She has a real talent..."

As Steven spoke he couldn't lock eyes with the Blood King, and knew to watch his words, but the Blood King-surprisingly-took it all in stride. Perhaps he didn't see a threat to him, but that still didn't mean that he was going to let up his grip on Zita, holding her tight against his body.

The Associates backed off and went to their seats with their bimbos sitting on their laps and gossiping their heads off leaving the three alone for the moment. Steven didn't know what else to say, if anything he was intimidated by the man his own father was forced to serve and he knew his reputation for those that crossed the line.

Zita sighed seem the Blood King effect on her friend, tries to place a bit of distance between them discreetly as she was trying to cut down the tension in the room : "Steven it was so nice meeting you..." *she felt awful for him* " and i do hope to see you again maybe while you guys graduate, we can party..." *Smiles before turning o the Blood King trying not appear as pissed off as she felt* "Mr.Donny Cecelia, i believe your men are waiting for you...." * trying to cue her fiance to leave them alone*

She hated how the Blood King send all males running to hide under a rock, it was ridiculous and annoying. She was a tomboy, she was use being one of the guys ...she couldn't hang with women gossip crap. She started feel he might not like other males around her without his presence . But she refuse to give in to change herself completely*

She had to learn how to behave. The Blood King watched as Steven nodded, smiled, and slowly turned around to walk away eventually blending into the crowd around them. Only then did the Blood King relax his grip on her side and turned to see the other associates sitting there with their women. He nodded to them and they all stood up like dogs as he waved a treat. It was time for them to go, but to where he didn't say. All of them, including the bimbos and Zita, headed for the front of the club where a stretch limo was waiting for them. It was going to be crowded, but they all piled into it and headed off.

"Boss, where are we going?" asked one of them nervously.

"We're going to be a different place," he said, "One where we can have more privacy." Looking over at Zita he draped an arm over her shoulder and pulled her close again. There was no room for her to go with her body stuck between the locked door and his body. On the other side was Stacy batting her eyes at him.

Zita sighs as Steven nodded and left but atleast she had the time to memorize his number to call and talk when they be alone. Roll her eyes as she felt the Blood King relax his grip on her, she turn to see the men waiting his command like mindless zombies. She followed him quietly, sad as she did not get to talk longer with her friend cause of her fiance. Look annoyed how his men always asked question instead take charge and suggest at a minimum

She strangely felt a shiver down her spine as he answered, glance at him uneasy when he mention privacy. Gulps feeling his arm around her shoulders as he puled her close: "you...you know...ummm...its really late...and i am exhausted, i think best if i wait at home...alone....*looks over to stacy as it dawns on her, she was the cause of this tension and worse set it up to look as if she was flirting with another man. She was upset at herself for placing herself in a vulnerable situation and now feared The Blood King as sure he misunderstood everything*

She might hate his guts but she would not disgrace herself by acting like a whore and ruin her father's name. She realize she screwed up and broke the rules of proper appearance though not by much but still she might of make him look like a fool which might get her killed*

The Blood King could hear her talking, but once his mind was made up was going through with his plans. When they arrived at the next club they all stepped out and the bouncer allowed them in, with the Blood King holding tight to Zita's hip once more, this time not as tight. "A few minutes here and we'll head back to my place" he whispered into her ear before the roar of the music drowned out most thought. The place was not as big as the first club, but was definately attractive. The men and women sat at the bar close to the back. They were horribly out of place. Most of the people here were in their twenties and the Blood King and the other associates stood out in age. Most of the patrons didn't even know who he was, but they would soon.

"Why did we come here, boss?" one of the associates had to yell over the roar of everything.

"I heard this place was popular" the Blood King replied, "I wanted to see for myself." A hostess came by offering them drinks. This time there was a spare seat for Zita to situate herself in without having to drape herself over him, but he continued to hold fast to her left hand.

Zita rolls her eyes as he ignored her as she expected, the stubborn bastard. She looked at the club and honestly she loved to dance but no way she could have fun now that she was his woman. Blushes as she felt his grip on her, it felt so odd to have a man so close to her, she felt a chill down her spine as he whispered in her ear and paled fearing its meaning. Looks back at him uncomfortable as she tries to talk but the music seem to prevent to actually have communication.

She honestly feared the owner of the business would either lose his life or end up needed pay up to The Blood King. She sat down beside him to avoid needing sit on his lap , especially after feeling his body react to her. She glance at his grip and lean into his ear and whispers: " i wasn't flirting with him or anything. i just feel more comfortable with guys..".*curses as it actually sounded worse* "like being one of the guys "

Her voice barely carried over with the thumping music, but he heard her and turned his head slightly towards her. She could say that she was just trying to be one of the guys, but he knew what she was getting at. A son of another Don, he suspected that she was up to something, but said nothing, at first.

After a few minutes of watching the place the Blood King rose and called for his car and decided it was time to head back home. This time the associates would not accompany them. It was just going to be the two of them. Though he didn't show it on his face, which was as solid as stone, he was feeling an urge that needed to be released.

Getting into the car and heading out he sat there with Zita still holding her hand. Their ears throbbed from the music, but now they were finally going to relax. His cell phone vibrated and he answered it with simple answered to what she couldn't hear, but he closed with, "Get it done. There's ten-grand waiting for you at my place once it's done. Knock on the door and ask for Scarlett. She'll know about it," before hanging up.

Zita looked up at him unsure he knew she was just being herself and not flirting with another man. God she wanted to kill Stacy so bad at this very moment but neeeded to wait for that.

She joined him in the limo nervously unsure what he believed Stacy's lies, she was afraid the night end up with her dead. She glance over as Scarlett name was mentioned, she wanted to ask but didn't dare as she didn't know him. She tense up as he still held her hand but at least he wasn't beating her head in the limo. All the scenario were going through her head till she had to stop before she fainted.

She swallowed hard to try find her voice: " You probably have like trips for work eh....i take it your dropping me off and hear from you after a few weeks...months...*praying he gets on a plane and send her a postal card every month without physical contact but knew that might not happen *

"I don't have any long trips planned in the near future," he said rather coldly, "But for the next few days I'm going to be 'busy.'" Those words didn't settle too well, especially after what had transpired back in the club. "Scarlett will keep you company." By that meaning she was going to watch over her. She was her new handler. The Blood King didn't want Zita to run off at the first chance.

When they reached the apartment building they stepped out, went to the elevator, and rode it up to their place. During the ride up he didn't say another word, but he continued to hold onto her hand, not wanting to let go.

Getting to the door Scarlett surprised Zita by answering the door. She had a rather nervous look on her face. When they came in the Blood King removed his tie and his coat throwing them onto the couch and then off came his shoes for Scarlett to pick up.

"How was your night, sir?" Scarlett asked when he finally let go of Zita's hand.

"Went about as well as you can expect" he said going over to the bar and pouring himself another drink. "Tomorrow i'm going to be out late, Scarlett. I'll need you to keep Zita company."

"Yes, sir" the redhead nodded.
