Bukele has never said that Garcia was a member of MS-13. The only person according to ICE to have said so is an 'anonymous source' who said that wearing a Chicago Bulls cap proved his membership.

ICE says that the only people who decide if anyone needs deporting, is ICE.

That's all the proof you need when you're a MAGAT.

The MAGAts keep pretending this is about one or two guys who may or may not be bad actors, when, in reality, this is about due process and abiding by the rule of law / the constitution. It is also the independent judiciary exercising its power as a check on executive branch overreach / authoritarianism. (If a Democratic administration was pulling this kind of bullshit, the MAGAts would already be "revolting".)
