Good luck to all the tax procrastinators. I actually got mine done early this year and have been having a good time with the refund since.

If any of us knew the answers to those questions, we'd be millionaires! I'm sorry your sister feels that way about herself. I've known a few women like that and I couldn't say anything to change their behavior.

Oh my dear!
it happens all the time...i've been living it personally
and found the strength to get free (although the details are proving hard to work out...)
and yes, it takes time to trust that you are actually lovable after such an experience.
with time and prayer your sister will be fine...
but i wouldn't hesitate to suggest some counseling with a good psychologist too...i live near you, don't know where your sister lives though, and i reccomend my psychologist without reservation...he's picked me up and put me back together and is teaching me how to make sure this never happens to me again.
another thing your sister has going for her is YOU!
my own sister as well as my close friends at lit have literally carried me during some of this...
don't give up on her...encourage the counseling...
and i'll keep her in my prayers!

thank you soooo very much. I spent several years in counciling after my husband did his best to destroy me from the inside out. It takes some time and alot of support. And me like you will make sure it does not happen to me again. Noone will ever make me feel worthless again ever. My sister lives in Canada and she is starting to go to counciling. She will be moving from there soon to the states to get married. So she will be away from him and he cant taunt her and harass her on a daily basis. That is making it 10 times harder to get past. I appreciate your words Beth...and well i do all i can for her. I just keep encouraging her.

Hey Roman you should go "Old School"! HAHA, the main character in that movie was a 30 something and look at how much fun he ended up having ... Moral of the story is find a buddy who is alone, get him to buy a house in College Park and establish the craziest, best frat ever that has nothing to do with school and everything to do with PARTIES!!! It doesn't happen often but sometimes there comes a movie that is truly revolutionary and inspirational... Old School is it for me! LOL

Back to studying

I'm actually in the library right now studying for an exam I have tomorrow No fun... But as I stand here typing there is this really cute blong girl making some photocopies... Wow she is really pretty... I'm so shy , how does one approach a girl who's doing research on the 7th floor of the library and not come off as a jerk for hitting on her while she's doing work? Oh well, I've never been good with walking up to random girls I don't know... It sucks, oh well back to Accounting (LOL no wonder I can't met girls, I'm an accountant haha).
