Bushed...whipped...sleepy...footsore...exhausted even...
but I'm home. I've been reading the past few day's posts, and I could never respond to all of the ones that I wanted to...so let me just say it's good to be home, I missed you all, I can't wait to talk to you all again and find out how life's treated you!
The confirmation was beautiful, (he was so poised and mature, and handsome as hell!) The party went well too. The trip was wonderful...we won't know if we were successful until our legislation is passed (October most likely) but we have every reason to believe it will go through.
Gee...could they do road construction on even one more road in the Capitol Hill Area of DC????? I don't think so...the detours have detours. I did not, however, get lost! YIPPEEEE
Roman, my hotel was on 14th street and Pennsylvania Avenue, and my window looked out on the Washington Monument. I thought of you every time I looked outside! (missed you too!)

Shawn, well thank God you posted again...I thought you fell off the earth...there's no one left to make me laugh when you're not here, since Kyle is on sabbatical too! I think I only laughed once or twice the whole time I was gone, so you've got your work cut out for you...lots of make-up assignments!
