So anyone have a good solution for curing a nasty bruise before a school photo? Tried so far-ice, arnica,massage,ice, heat,wishful thinking,more massage, dry brush massage. Now considering getting a tattoo there just to cover it.

I believe it is just going to need time to heal. I would leave it alone so as not to do any more damage and use a lot of cover up!

And yes I am rocking a cute little scarf made by a former student out of crazy loopy cotton and silk yarn, so it is little, fluffy and frou frou-not my usual look but it was cute and I got compliments.
I figured it was either rock the scarf or come out about my play preferences.

I never should have begun Torchwood season 2...my idea was to watch it and fold laundry. Now I have watched three episodes and I need to go to bed, at least the laundry is folded. I love this show.

No, no, no...work came way too early this morning. I may have to restrict my Torchwood time, but oh my goodness I do love Jack, and watching him kiss Ianto.
But now I am sleepy and have to go clean and organize for hours at school, then take my youngest to a Dr. appointment. The 5am ruckus of the fox after my chickens, and the quick trip into the yard barefoot and pj'd in the pre-dawn light may not have helped. Off for a mug of green tea now, hopefully it helps.
