I call my car a fucking heap of garbage sometimes but only when we fight. Otherwise I call her Sweet Thing

Your majesty is so beautiful

so intellegent

and so funny...

this gave me a good laugh, thanks oh masterful one:D

I drive a van with the name of "Crunch". (That's the sound of newer cars hitting it. Usually in the trailor hitch. ) My wifes car is named IRS because of all the money we put into it, and the laptop is named "Hot Rocks" because it usually is in my lap when I'm using it.

Cat

(My wife named the laptop the first time she used it.)

Primary computer named *MAYHEM*
Second computer named ENZO
Third computer named MARANELLO
File server named MODENA
Laptop named CAVALLINO (Short for 'Ille Cavallino Rampante')
Internal Network named SCUDERIA

The car before my current one was a 1988 Maxima Limited Edition named Mathilda.....I have no idea why I named her that, but it fit, for some reason.

She had never been wrecked (I got it from a friend of mine almost free, and she got it from her cousin, who bought it brand new), and at one time had been a very, very nice car - those Ricaro (sp) suede seats and all. By the time I got it, the interior was torn all to hell, sometimes my window worked, sometimes it didn't, and every so often she refused to go into first and thrid gear.

One of the best cars I've ever had, I promise. My husband hated it, and my mother made fun of me for not driving something nicer. I loved that thing. It drove like a dream, would just about take corners on two wheels, and didn't know the meaning of "too fast." It helped that the stereo system in it was about 20 times more expensive than the car itself.

I finally gave it away to my roommate when I bought the car I have now (my current muscle car), and last I heard, Mathilda is still running fine, and chugging right along, despite almost 300,000 miles by now.

I miss her.

I had a toyota I called "White Knight" but it wasn't all that cool a car :D

Cloudy, what kind of car do you have now that you call a muscle car?

a Trans Am....I'm so juvenile

It's the thrid one I've had. My husband recently bought me a Cadillac STS, but I hate it and refuse to drive it.....I'll stick with my vroom, vroom, thank you very much.

Not at all. I still want a good car like that.

Even something like a Challanger would rock :D

The first one I had was a 1979 Camaro Rally Sport (see? I really am juvenile - too old to be driving cars like this I'm told), then I had a 1985 Camaro Z28 (built to the gills - nothing factory about that baby), and now this 1996 T/A. I love it. There's nothing that drives like that to me.

*Removing my feathered hat with a flourish, bowing low over my hand.*

Milady is too kind.

(At this point, think large, overweight, female, puss in boots. That's the look I'm going for.
Pantomime.
:D ;) )

EL will you be wearing that shirt tonight (the AV one) or that awful-cover-everything t-shirt you had on, on Tuesday?

Edited to unhijack the thread. I don't give no stinking names to no stinking inanimate objects.
