So I hope it's alright if I come back and chat on this thread with all the Michiganders. I moved south just over 7 years ago after taking a firefighting job. I do miss The Mitten and to me it will always be home!

Tigers are hopeless...you only get so many shots. Seems like they blew theirs.

Tigers have better rotation of starters this season. Although so far money ball dominates. But who knows. This is baseball.

I lost a bet today on that game. I had to make my best guy friend 100 perogies. So no more gambeling on the post season for me.
However... We could still make it interesting! Who would be down for a drinking game? Everytime Cocoa Crisp makes a play against us we take a shot! Win or Loose we could PM after the game!
Wish I would of thought of this at the begining of the series, tomorrows a work day so I doubt many will partake but the idea's epic.

You might either get drunk or totally sober.

I have no time to watch this alds. Hopefully tigers can survive.

Noone else wanted to play... So I drank Sparkletinis. Crisp had me worried from the first inning! Seems like he's always on his A game when he plays us. Heard his batting average of .230 goes up to .340 against the Tiger's.

Game 4

That game had me on mechs the entire time. It started with Crisp's lead off triple, Hunter almost robbing a homer, a fan almost screwing us, Mighty Max battling to get us out of the 8th. What a great game! I agree, Verlander needs run support. He hasn't been the same this year, but our bats haven't always had his back.

You're a screamer, huh? ...lol. I was at work so there wasn't much screaming, cussing, your yelling for me. At times I sure wanted to though. Thank goodness I was at my part-time job, a baseball retail store, and I was able to watch the whole game. It was a great one.

I'm not a diehard Tiger fan, as I'm originally from Wisconsin. However, when it's playoff time, I'd rather see the Tigers win (and the Cardinals lose) than anything.
