Michigan Roll Call

Not bad

getting a good fall now around here. saying up to 8" by the end of it Sunday

In Mid-Michigan, not as bad as I expected. Maybe six inches. Luckily, not too wet. Shoveling wasn't too bad

Also, lots of deer now feeding

I prefer Edmund Fitzgerald from Great Lakes myself. 27/m from Lansing, originally from Detroit checking in. how bout that 6 inches of snow mid-michigan got today... that the east side got but was rained away shortly after...

I don't know y'all Short's and Bell's have been my favorite since I started only drinking MI beers. Moved here a year ago this past August so it's been a pretty good experiment of trying and finding new offerings.

A Mich beer and a hot oil massage... Coco covered Cherry Beer and some deep tissue stimulation... Yes, please!

Idk about the beer but I could help with the deep stimulation lol

If you enjoy whiskey, you'd might like this one. AGed in whiskey barrels for six or so months.

Nah. I don't care for any alcohol really. I've tasted various types (some that were supposed to be "good"). shrug. just as well, saves money.

I certainly don't need any substance to "loosen up", it would be pretty scary what extra stupid stuff I might do with lowered inhibitions.

Besides, I always had a better recollection of fun nights, than my buzzed or drunk friends and brothers.:)

drop a PM where I should send it. I'm pretty sure we have it at the farm market.

Thanks. Hardly economical. I bet I can find it locally, I just never looked.
There are quite a few Beers and wines that I'd consider buying just because of the labels.

Local Color Brewing had several labels with art by Glenn Barr, that I should have bought. I was in the Local Color Brewpub in Novi many years ago when I saw them. tsk tsk.

Big 6° this morning in Detroit. Can't wait for the warm up of 10 this afternoon

Alright, so, yesterday lunchtime I had two beverages that turned out to be great choices. I've been doing only Michigan Beer since I moved here August of '12 and I make a point of always looking for something new whenever I go out. It was a pretty good happening yesterday:

1) Neapolitan Milk Stout by Saugatuck Brewing Co. (this was surprisingly sweet)
2) Helles Yes! by Oddside Ales

New holland

Just enjoyed a few "all day IPA" last night. Not my favorite but it's ok
