I have experienced it once. It is definitely different from a normal orgasm, not necessarily better though. If you "squirt" it didn't work correctly. It is more of an "ooze" . Health Benefits?

I started out doing "research" about this on the web in the interest of it's health benefits for my lover. He was told by his doctor that basically a man his age (50) should expect a slightly enlarged prostate, that it was "normal."
