But the point of this part of the thread is for Amature Pictures. amaure being the key word, those are not amature pictures...nor is that girl italian, or anything close to italian.

My girl was just pointing out the fact that the people who come on here are here to see pictures that look like the girl/woman next door...what she really looks like, not these girls who have had 15K in plastic surgery, or these imported women like on here.

All I know is that my girl was expressing her opinion and there is nothgin wrong with that, if you don't agree with her that's fine...but don't go acting like she is creating a problem here :)

Hmm. Never disagreed with her once regarding the origin of the photos on this thread. Why? Because, honestly, I don't really care. However, rather than simply report her suspicions to the forum moderator and have done with it, she chose to roam in, throw around insults, and continue sniping at people (which is, by definition, "creating a problem," not that I ever claimed she was doing that either, until just now).

On a side note, the term "amateur" in this context is rather loose. By a strict interpretation, George the Professional Photographer would not be allowed to post pictures he took of himself. Fortunately, this is not how the "amateur" is interpreted according to the forum posting rules, which simply say, and I quote, "These are user-owned images which are uploaded to our server by users. All attachments must meet our guidelines or they will be removed if brought to our attention. Any account may be suspended for repeated violations." Nowhere in the forum posting rules does it say that the pictures must be taken by non-professionals (just read over the rules in depth 30 seconds ago). The term "amateur" in this context simply means that they aren't owned by an agency, magazine, website, or other corporate entity.

I'll say this much fake pics or not I think the person in them is hot. I wouldn't be suprised if they were fake though not the first time this has happened here. I remember a while ago an argument liek this broke out and the pics were fake.

Very true. And one reason I've remained silent re: their origin. :)

Ultimately, I agree with Loki, though, in saying, everyone makes their own decision. And there's no need for anyone to be mocked for deciding one way rather than the other.

I also have to respond to some of the silliness that's been said here. First, she has said from the outset that the pictures were shot on a set--that of her old boyfriend, a photographer. So there is no deception there. Second, to say that picking up a guitar when you don't play one shows a lack of integrity a ridiculous argument. Photographers regularly give their subjects objects to work with while they are snapping the pictures. It implies nothing. As far as the claim that MissGamine is not Italian or nowhere near anything Italian, I can say from living in Italy for two years--seven cities scattered across the north of the country, from cities that bordered Slovenia to the French border--that MissGamine could pass for an Italian anywhere I lived. Hell, I've seen Italians with white blonde hair and baby blue eyes whose family origins as far back as they can remember are Italian. She could definitely be Italian.

Yes, I have some more explicit pictures of myself.

I didn't want to start an argument. I came here and posted my pictures because I thought that was what people did. Now I hear there's some rule about the pictures, the guitar, etc., that I am breaking. I didn't get a notice from anyone from the web site but I don't want to start any trouble here.

I'll take them away.

Don't waste your breath, Corbie. Not a big deal. I don't know all the rules on here and I don't really want to spend the time finding out what I did that was wrong, if anything. Life is too short -- and for me, too disorganized.

If I broke any rule at all, I honestly think that it's the rule against posting pictures if you're not fat.

You haven’t broken any rules. There are others here who admit there photos are professionally done. This should be about having fun. If others don’t like what you post they should go to another thread, it’s just a mouse click away.

I’m very sorry to see that you have taken down your pictures – and in only fifty posts. Everyone has a right to there opinion and I won’t fault anyone for posting it. Under the circumstances it seemed unnecessary though.

Besides, I only come here for the beer.

Nope, no rules about those. Just a bored pair of individuals with nothing better to do with their time. Which is why we have the Ignore List function. :) The only site rules are listed in the second thread in this forum (linked to 'em below for the two knuckleheads).
